Kerissa POV

"Yah wake up!! Don't you wanna attend college? " I woke up by the sound of Arin banging on my door.

"What if I don't want to attend?!!" I shouted back still not bothering to open my eyes.

"Uff then just sleep, but I'm leaving!! " she shouted back.

After some minutes, I lazily opened my eyes and checked the time. It showed 7:57 am.

"Shit! Shit, I'm late!! " I shouted and quickly got out of bed. I brushed my teeth quickly as possible, wore the clothes I found, took my bag and ran out of the apartment.

I checked the time again. It was already 8:09 am. Classes start at 8. " I should've woken up when that idiot woke me up " I murmured. It normally takes 15 minutes to reach college.

As I came near the college gate, I saw someone. Climbing the gate! Seems like even their late. "Guess I have to do the same " .

As I came nearer, the person had already reached the other side.

"So it was you climbing the gates huh?" I said smirking.

"Don't say as if you're also not going to do the same " she said rolling her eyes. " Atleast I'm on this  side already and also covered myself. What did you do? " she said mockingly.

"Uff you're so annoying "

"Says the one not being able to climb the gate "

I ignored her since I'm already late and didn't wanted to waste my time on her. She also ran to class I guess.

After some struggles, I finally got to the other side. I know that I would get in trouble later for doing something against the rules. But who cares, rules are meant to be broken anyways.

When I reached my class, the professor was already there. "God please save me " I mumbled and quietly tried to get in class. But luck wasn't on my side.

"Ms White, I hope you know you're very late to class " He scolded me.

I just stood there where he caught me while lowering my head.

"Yes sir "

"May I know the reason why You are late to class?"

"Sir my alarm didn't ring so I got up late "

I heard some laughings and gigglings.

"Keep quite! " he told the class. And again there was silence.

"Go to your seat and I hope this doesn't happen again " he told. I felt relieved until. " But you have to give a detailed introduction on zoology next week ". Of course! He won't let me go just like that.

"If you had listened to me, this wouldn't have happened " was the first thing Arin said when I sat next to her.

"Why didn't you tell me that we were late? " I asked whining.

"And you shouldn't have had to climb the gate "

"How did you kn-"

"Ms White and Miller, if you want to talk please go out "

"Sorry sir " Arin apologized while I just rolled my eyes.

As much as I respect teachers, this one always gets on my nerves for no reason.
