³ the NOISES

A screech that didn't come from any animal alive. Many more are heard not just screeches more noise is made like something was being STRETCHED.
Like something SLIMY.
They peeked into the baracaded windows and saw nothing but the rain pouring like crazy. But where could the noises coming from? Where could it possibly come from? The noises are too LOUD....

Hours had passed and the rain slowly calmed down, but the noises didn't calm down actually it just got louder... Louder... And Louder.

Suddenly it all stopped the noise and the rain.

More excruciatingly long hours had passed.

No more sounds.
No more.... Anything.

Person#1-"What happened?"
Person#2-"Is that it? Everyone was scared and left us for some stupid noise?!!"
Onny-"I think it's more than that"
Person#3-"I think his right, this doesn't sit right with me"
Person#4-"Do you think it's overguys officer#1-"Hm thats odd?"
Person#2-"Ugh u guys are so stupid! everyone one of u!! U guys are freaked out because of some off color rain and some noise this is so stup-"
The officer covered the man's mouth.
Officer#1-"Shhh, i think something is outside"
everyone shut their mouths and listened closely outside.
Officer#2-"Everyone ready for your weapons"
Person#4-"I think it's......it's crawling?"
Onny-"What do u mean?"
Person#4-"Shh just listen"
They all listen to a crawling sound not from the ground but from the WALLS?

Stage 2: MUTATION
(little to huge)

Officer#2-"What the-its coming from outside. But why does it sound like it's crawling on the wall?"
Person#2-"Yeah why don't we just f*cking stand here and listen to it and not do anything!!!"
Officer#1-"Shhhh!! It might hear us"
Person#2-"Oh calm down its probably just a monkey or something.well this is a jungle after all!"
Person#6-"I didn't see no monkey here and monkeys don't make that kind of sound"
Person#2-"Oh u guys are cowards its probably just a stup- AHHHH!!!

He screamed at the top of his lungs as a huge claw of a dark green insect stabbed him through the walls lifting him up as he continued to scream in pain. The others pointed at the claw and shot while some tried to free the man from the claw.
The insect took out its claw off the man's body then the man fell and stopped screaming , they checked if he's still alive but he didn't seem to be.

Person#7-"What the f*ck was that"
Officer#1-"Don't know but it seems like a mantis claw"
Person#4-"How can a mantis have a huge claw?!!"
Onny-"Lower your voice it might still be there"
Officer#2-"Oh no the mutation must have started"
All-"Mutation?"
Officer#2-"Yes the rain caused this"
Person#1-"How can rain cause this"
Officer#2-"Scientists made an experiment to make insects into weapons this experiment cost an insect to expand and....well, be a weapon....and have terrifying features and be more stronger. this was supposed to be a great weapon to use in future wars but somehow instead of trying to control the mutated insects they were not........afraid anymore like they used to.... But now they know that they are bigger than us. They look at us as their prey and we're their predator"
They were all shocked. A bio-weapon to use in wars? That is impossible! But it is.
*crash!* *break*
Everyone-"Ahh!"
Onny-"What was that?"
Officer #2- " I think it found a way in..."
Person#4- " Wait but what floor? "
There are 5 floors in the building and they were all inside the first floor but the sound seemed like it came from the 4th floor or 3rd. Wherever it is, it was close enough that they could hear it crawl.
Officer#1- " Everyone shut up and prepare your weapons "
They all prepared their weapons, ready to attack.
Officers- "Its coming, everyone get ready"
Person #1-"I think it's best if we hide-"
*click* *click*
Everyone froze as the clicking sound came from THE CEILING..
Person#4 - "Ahhhhh!!! "
The huge mantis fell down from the ceiling then landed in front of them but one person(person #1) was too close to it.

Then suddenly the mantis screeched as the others started to shoot and the officers tried to pull the person away from the monster but it was too late the mantis grabbed the person then started to eat him. Starting from the head that u can hear the skull cracking and the blood and brains being devoured. then the mantis pulled the person's head off the body while still chewing on his head, DEAD...
The others still tried to shoot to back off the mantis but it wasn't effective, the mantis kept munching on the dead person's body as if it was a snack.

The blood and the insides of the person was falling and Onny could hear the bones being crushed and the blood being licked.

Two of the people(person #3 and #4) started to run off and hide because they didn't want to be eaten next. The mantis finished its snack but it's still not satisfied it wanted to eat more. The mantis took a look at the 6 other people and looked at them like it's ready to attack and eat them all and that was its intention.

The mantis released another screech then started to launch at them, then the mantis grabbed the two other people then started to munch on them also. Onny can hear them screaming in pain but they know they can't defeat the mantis that easily, so while the mantis was munching on them the others ran and hid. The officers tried to gather the others to run and hid in one place but the others were too scared and confused in what to do next. So some separated and Onny was also separated. The two officers and four other survivors ran into an opposite direction onny and the two other survivors were running.

Onny remembered where the 2nd exit was and it was the closest exit he could find. After running like crazy he finally found the exit door then ran as fast as he could. He could hear the mantis was close and eating more of the survivors. He finally reached the door and pushed im. Then what he saw shocked him...
