In the tangled web of desire, we are caught
You're no good for me, but I crave you still
A dangerous dance, a tempting allure
Yet I cannot resist the pull of your will

Your beauty is a siren's song, a captivating spell
I know the danger, I see the harm you bring
But still, I am drawn to your flame
Like a moth to a flickering, deadly thing

You hurt me, you deceive me, yet I cling to you
There is a twisted pleasure in the pain
I know I should walk away, break free
But in your arms, I find myself again

You're no good for me, that much is true
But the heart wants what it wants, I suppose
I am a prisoner to your dangerous charms
A poet, forever trapped in your throes
