The day of the Haldi ceremony dawned bright and early, filled with anticipation and excitement. The scent of fresh turmeric and rose petals filled the air as family and friends gathered to celebrate the next step in Advay and Idika's journey. The atmosphere buzzed with joyful chatter and laughter, with everyone eager to take part in the traditional rituals.
Idika, dressed in a vibrant yellow outfit, was seated in the center of the courtyard, surrounded by her loved ones.

Today is the day I get married. The day I leave my family. The day I cease to be a bachelor. The day I become someone's wife. Though I am really excited, there's still uncertainty in my mind. Am I doing the right thing? This feeling lingers, and I can't shake it. I talked to my mother, and she assured me it's normal for everyone. I hope I'll be happy in my new home. My thoughts were interrupted when my mom placed the Haldi bowl on the table.
