All my life, blonde jokes had been made about me. Now this man would make them too? Great. I rolled my eyes at him. Like this was normal? We are in the middle of World War 2! Like seriously? What the heck? Then I had realized the Doctor kept on walking. Quickly I sprinted up to his side.

The Doctor shoved his hands into the pockets of his trench coat. It was snowing outside and a little chilly. Good thing I still had my purple jacket. I tightly pulled it around my body. "Cold?" He asked me. I shook my head no, he flashed me a grin and knew I was lying.

"So what exactly are we doing here?" The Doctor shrugged. "Stuff." I raised an eyebrow, stuff? That didn't seem to convincing to me. Or he could just be hiding some super secret time lordy stuff. Stuff. Hmm. Now I found myself using that word.

"So if I am correct....you are a time lord?" He nodded. "From the planet of Bariday?" I asked racking my brain. As soon as I said the planet name I knew it was wrong. The Doctor just snickered. "Gallifrey. Gall-e-fray!" He pronounced it for me. I smiled back at at him. "How old are you? 33?" I asked curiously, just going by his face. Suddenly he burst out laughing. "No no no no!" He said between laughs. "I am actually 903." My jaw dropped. He smiled. That dazzling smile. For 903 he was cute.

"But you look so young!" I exclaimed, putting my own hands in my pockets. "Yeah, I can change my appearance. A time lord is extremely hard to actually kill. When we do get killed though we regenerate. Our bodies take on a new face and personality. The memories and knowledge stay of course....it feels like dying though." His voice changed, it sounded hollow the more he explained the regeneration process. He turned toward me and looked me in the eyes, I met my own blue ones with his sincere ones. "Sometimes, I believe a time lord lives too long. Everyone leaves in the end." The Doctor sighed.

Even though I just met this man and he was 903 years old, I still felt bad for him. As I looked into his eyes I saw right through the disguise. He really was hiding 903 years of pain and loneliness. I wrapped my arms around him and buried my head in his chest. The Doctor flinched when I did this, he probably wasn't use to this. He awkwardly wrapped his hands around me too.

For an alien he was so warm. He smelt good too. "I'm sorry." I said as I looked up at him. He gave me a soft smile. "Thank you." I cocked my head confused, "For what I asked?" He ignored my question and answered it with his own, "How long do you plan staying with me?" The question made me smile. "Forever." I reached up on my tip toes and kissed his cheek.
