Jin ah pov:
I awoke to the soft rays of sunlight filtering through the curtains, casting a warm glow across the plush hotel room. Blinking away the remnants of sleep, I sat up groggily, trying to shake off the lingering fog of dreams.
As my surroundings slowly came into focus, the events of last night flooded back with startling clarity. Memories of Taehyung's unexpected appearance and our tense encounter replayed in my mind, leaving me feeling disoriented and unsettled.
I glanced around the room, my eyes landing on the balcony door which stood slightly ajar. Curiosity piqued, I rose from the bed and made my way over, pushing the door open to reveal a surprising sight.
There, on the balcony, Taehyung was engaged in a rigorous workout, his shirtless form glistening with sweat in the morning light. Each movement of his muscles was fluid and controlled, a testament to his strength and athleticism.
I couldn't tear my gaze away, mesmerized by the sight before me. Despite my best efforts to remain composed, my heart raced at the sight of him, his presence filling the space with an undeniable intensity.
As if sensing my presence, Taehyung paused mid-push-up, his gaze locking with mine. A smirk tugged at the corners of his lips as he rose to his feet, his sculpted physique on full display.
"Enjoying the view?" he quipped, his voice husky with amusement.
I flushed, feeling exposed under his scrutiny. "I... I didn't mean to intrude," I stammered, hastily averting my gaze.
He chuckled, the sound sending a shiver down my spine. "No need to apologize," he said casually, as if he hadn't just been caught in such an intimate moment. "You fell asleep on the way here. I had to find a place for you to rest."
His words caught me off guard, the realization sinking in that I had been at his mercy once again. "You messaged my brother?" I asked, a hint of incredulity in my voice.
Taehyung nodded, his expression unreadable. "Told him you were with your best friend and that you were safe," he confirmed. "He won't be worrying about you."
I felt a surge of gratitude mixed with confusion at his actions, unsure how to respond to his unexpected concern. But as I stood there, facing Taehyung in the golden light of morning, one thing became abundantly clear: I was in far deeper than I had ever imagined.
we stood in silence, the only sound of the rhythmic thud of Taehyung's exertions. But as he paused, his gaze locked with mine, a faint smirk playing at the corners of his lips.
I blinked, taken aback by his casual admission. I had expected him to be angry or frustrated, but instead, there was a strange softness in his tone that caught me off Taehyung pushed himself up, rising to his full height as he towered over me. His proximity was unnerving, his presence suffocating as he closed the distance between us with slow, deliberate steps.
As he drew closer, I couldn't help but feel a surge of apprehension coursing through my veins. Taehyung's aura was intoxicating, his magnetic pull impossible to resist as he invaded my personal space with unyielding determination.
I swallowed hard, my throat suddenly dry as I struggled to find my voice. But before I could utter a word, Taehyung reached out, his fingers grazing my cheek with a feather-light touch.
"You should go and freshen up," he murmured, his breath warm against my skin. "I've chosen a dress for you. You'll find it in the bathroom."
With that, he stepped back, his gaze lingering on me for a moment longer before he turned and disappeared into the room. I stood there, rooted to the spot, my mind reeling with a whirlwind of conflicting emotions.
