Author pov:

As Jin ah sat in the quaint café, her mind raced with anticipation and apprehension. She had agreed to meet Taehyung, knowing that their encounter would likely be filled with tension and uncertainty.

Her hands trembled slightly as she clutched her cup of coffee, her gaze flitting nervously to the entrance every few seconds. She couldn't shake the feeling of unease that settled in the pit of her stomach.

Minutes stretched into what felt like an eternity until finally, she saw him enter the café. Taehyung's presence seemed to fill the room, commanding attention with his confident stride and intense gaze.

As the door to the cafe swung open, Taehyung strode in with his usual air of confidence. His eyes scanned the room until they landed on Jin ah, seated at a table in the corner. Without hesitation, he made his way over to her, his steps purposeful and determined.

Jin ah's heart sank as she saw him approaching.she dreaded the confrontation that was about to unfold. Stealing herself for what was to come, she clenched her jaw and squared her shoulders, preparing to face him head-on.

When Taehyung reached her table, he wasted no time in getting straight to the point. Without a word, he produced the papers from his pocket and slid them across the table toward her. The look in his eyes was cold and calculating, a stark contrast to the warmth and affection she had once known.

Jin ah's stomach churned as she read through the contents of the agreement. Anger and frustration bubbled up inside her, threatening to spill over at any moment. How could he be so audacious, so utterly devoid of compassion?

With a sharp exhale, Jin-ah pushed the papers back toward Taehyung, her voice dripping with disdain. "You must be out of your mind if you think I would ever agree to this," she spat, her words laced with venom.

But Taehyung remained unruffled, his expression icy and composed. "It's not up for debate, Jin ah," he replied coolly, his tone betraying none of the emotion swirling beneath the surface. "This is the only way forward, for both of us."

Unable to bear the sight of him any longer, Jin ah rose abruptly from her seat, her movements sharp and deliberate. Without a backward glance, she strode out of the cafe, leaving Taehyung alone at the table, his gaze following her retreating figure with a mixture of frustration and longing.

As Jin ah stepped out of the cafe, the cool breeze offered little solace to her tumultuous thoughts. Before she could gather her bearings, a firm grip closed around her wrist, halting her in her tracks. She turned, her eyes meeting Taehyung's intense gaze.

His presence was like a weight upon her, suffocating and inescapable. Despite her best efforts to shake him off, he stood before her, unyielding and resolute.

"You know where to find me," Taehyung murmured, his voice low and steady. "My door is always open to you, Jin ah. Whenever you're ready to accept reality, whenever you're ready to accept us, I'll be waiting."

His words hung in the air between them, heavy with the weight of unspoken truths and unresolved emotions. Jin ah's heart twisted painfully within her chest, torn between the allure of familiarity and the fear of the unknown.

With a resigned nod, she pulled her wrist free from his grasp and turned away, her steps quickening with each passing moment. As she disappeared into the bustling city streets, Taehyung watched her retreating figure, a mix of longing and determination flickering in his eyes.

Jin ah's steps felt heavy as she made her way to the hospital, her mind consumed by the weight of her mother's illness and the daunting task of admitting her for treatment. With each passing moment, the gravity of the situation pressed down upon her, threatening to overwhelm her fragile composure.
