Annaya POV:

As I slowly opened my eyes and surveyed my surroundings, I wondered in my mind where I was. Then, I realized I was in a hospital. I noticed someone holding my hand; shifting my gaze, I saw Abhimanyu sitting beside me, gripping my hand. That's when the memory of the incident that had occurred came flooding back.

"Abhimanyu," I said slowly, and soon he noticed me. "Are you fine? Are you feeling any pain anywhere?" he began questioning me, not giving me a chance to speak.

"Calm down, calm down," Annaya said. "What? Calm down? Do you know how worried I was?" Abhimanyu shouted angrily. "Who told you to risk your life? I warned you that day not to go, and you accused me of being jealous. Now look where this has gotten you," Abhimanyu continued, while on the other side, Annaya listened to him calmly.

"Okay, I'm sorry," Ananya said, placing her other hand on his. "What are you sorry for?" Abhimanyu asked, releasing her hands and standing up from the seat.

Annaya removed the matters from her and was standing when she suddenly felt dizzy and was about to fall, but Abhimanyu caught her.

"What are you doing? Why are you getting up?" Abhimanyu asked as he helped her sit on the bed. "I was coming to you," Annaya replied. "You could have called me," Abhimanyu said, handing her a glass of water. "But you were angry, weren't you?" Annaya inquired, sipping the water.

As he was about to leave, Annaya held his hand. "What happened?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. "Sit down," Annaya instructed, setting the glass aside. He took the chair and sat in front of her. Just as he was about to speak, Annaya embraced him in a hug.

"I'm sorry, I know you were worried, but look, I'm fine, don't worry," Annaya said all this, and Abhimanyu listened to her calmly as they remained embraced for a few minutes.

As the door opened, the doctor and nurse stood there, but their gaze was fixed on the couple locked in an embrace, smiling at them.

"Hello," said the doctor, and at that moment, they realized and broke the hug, turning to see the nurse and doctor still smiling.

Abhimanyu quickly stood up and walked over to the window to avoid further embarrassment, while Annaya's face turned a deep shade of red from her own embarrassment.

"How are you, Mrs. Khanna?" the doctor asked, approaching Ananya. As they listened, Ananya's eyes met Abhimanyu's, but they quickly looked away, leaving the doctor and nurse puzzled.

"What happened?" the doctor inquired, looking at Ananya.

"Actually, doctor, I'm not Mrs. Khanna," Ananya clarified, but Abhimanyu muttered to himself, "Soon she will be."

"Oh, sorry, the file lists your name as Mrs. Ananya Abhimanyu Khanna, so that's what I said."

Once again, Abhimanyu's eyes met Ananya's, but they both looked away as the nurse reassured, "Don't worry, the name will be changed."

"Now, tell me how you are feeling, and nurse, please check her blood pressure," the doctor instructed. "I'm fine," Ananya replied. "Fine? You were feeling dizzy just a few minutes ago," Abhimanyu interjected with concern.

"It happens, Mr. Khanna, don't worry," the doctor reassured, and the nurse began checking Ananya's blood pressure. "It's normal," the nurse reported.

"Good," the doctor responded. "Miss Rajput, we've conducted your blood test, and the results are normal."

"But why a blood test?" Ananya asked.

"Mr. Khanna requested it," the doctor said, looking towards him.
