**Gaeul's POV**
My eyes burst open.
Where am I...?
I held the front of my head with my hand. I was still in my work clothes and had a raging headache as soon as I woke up. I tried to recall what occurred the night before: dinner party..., Yujin came... Hyunseo... Before I could finalize my timeline of events, Chaehyun came knocking at my door.
She peered in, "I heard sounds so I assumed you woke up." She walked in holding a bowl of chicken soup. She settled it on my desk.
"W-what happened last night? Is Hyunseo okay?" I asked, now raising my body up into a sitting position.
"You went absolutely wild last night with those drinks. Although it was because those apes kept pressuring Hyunseo to drink," she sneered. "Anyways, eat the soup to get rid of your hangover. I'm gonna go to the store for more groceries."
I stayed frozen for a bit processing what Chaehyun just reviewed for me. I felt like I should message Hyunseo just in case I weirded her out or something. I picked up my phone from the side of my table to find that Hyunseo had already messaged me.
"Thank you Ms. Gaeul"
"I'm sorry for making you drink so much"
A slight smile formed. With that, I went to my desk to eat the chicken soup that Chaehyun had made for me. As I ate, my memories started to come back to me. I remembered a conversation from last night as I ate the last bite of my food: Hyunseo went to Starship High School too... I needed to ask her more about that when we get back on Monday.

I walked into the office as the first one (yet again) and got to work. I had an unfinished document that I needed to complete by the end of the day and I was a bit behind on it admittedly. I was having a lot of trouble on the writing aspect of it which was peculiar since I always had great grades in writing classes. The assignment was about planning a birthday party for the youngest daughter of Haus Group, which was one of our greatest associates, so Mrs. Choi put a lot of pressure on me to fulfill this contract perfectly. I suffered from a major writing block because I just couldn't seem to find the words to describe my thoughts on paper. I could visualize what I wanted but something just felt strange whenever I described it on paper. Either way, this was the only project that I needed to complete for the week, so I was excited about the cruising the rest of the week, that is if Hyunseo does everything perfectly and won't require me to edit which seems impossible.
Speaking of which, she came in soon after I had, with a bright smile and a big cup of coffee. She walked into the room energetically, laughing with Han Yujin from Foreign Affairs. It seems that those two have gotten closer recently, which is good since they're both interns. When she stepped into our department space, her face shifted into her usual dead stare at her computer. I liked that. She's able to dissociate her personal life from her work life.
"Thank you Ms. Gaeul for yesterday," she muttered softly.
"No problem."
At around 2 PM, I took a break because I was stuck again on how to proceed in the assignment. I spent this time to overlook what Hyunseo was doing. I realized I've never actually looked over how she does her work; just criticize and comment on the final projects she submits which were usually many times per project so maybe intercepting at the middle would be beneficial for me later on so I wouldn't have to write so much criticism.
