I swallowed hard when she pick up that fast. “Let's meet today.”
Yun lang ang sinabi ko then I end the call. I sent her the address. Malayo dito kung saan hindi kami makikita ni Kle. Eleanor texted me back saying where I am. I texted her the university address. I was about to exit the messenger when I saw Kleya's icon. I opened the conversation of Kle and me. She has already messages pending. I opened it.

As I scroll up I saw she updated me again with her pictures. She don't like taking pictures of herself but she's still sending me her pic. I smiled while staring at her picture. She's outside wearing a white hard hat and at her back is the farm. Nakangiti siya dito halata she's trying to take a good picture of herself. Nakatali ang buhok niya at may iilang hibla ng buhok niya ang nasa gilid ng mukha niya. Her freckles were already showing dahil sa sunlight sa mukha niya. Her hazel eyes were glistening like the sun. Meron pa ito pic yung construction site ng factory. She's really a hard working person. Palagi niya ako inuupdate ng pic niya sa work. Minsan she's sending me some random texts habang nasa klase ako. Like, ‘I miss you’ ‘I love you’ ‘mahal’.
“You look stupid smiling there,”
Napatingin ako kay Maurice na umupo sa tabi ko. Mukhang bad mood. Her car were already parked not far from her. Seryuso siya nakatingin sa harap while her jaw tightened.
“Problema mo?” I asked nicely.
“There's no footage of the person, pumunta ako kanina sa cctv room but nothing,” hinilot niya ang sintido.
“Baka naman kasi pusa yun?”
Tinignan niya ako masama, “Seriously?! that big shadow? pusa? what's that? a tiger?!” aniya na parang hindi ka tanggap tanggap ang sinabi ko.
“Sabagay….” I whispered.
I wonder who it is. Kinabahan tuloy ako!
“Maurice…” hinarap ko siya ganun din ito. I bite my lower lip and sighed, “I know someone who can tell me who is Marissa. Magkikita kami ngayon. And I need your…help?” nahihiya ko tugon.
She raised her eyebrows at me mukhang she's hesitating pa but the end she sighed, “Fine, what is it?”
“We supposed to date right now pero I need to talk to Eleanor. Can you make an excuses? Ikaw na bahala kay Kle? You know I want to go with Kleya right now and tell her everything pero baka iba ang mangyari. I'm scared we misunderstood things kaya wag muna. Lalo na her day is coming. I hope you understand…it,”
Hindi siya nagsalita tanging tano lamang ang tugon niya.
“Who's Eleanor?” aniya matapos ang ilang segundo.
