Salem jumped up on the table and looked at me. "Drop whatever you're doing and pay attention to me." he said. "I'm busy." I replied. "Finally, someone whose life is more pathetic than mine." he said. "What did I do to deserves one spoiled doll and a spoiled cat?" I asked. "I will not be ignored." said Salem.

"Here." I replied and gave him a treat. "Thank you." he said and ate it. "You're so funny." I replied. "I know." said Salem. I looked out the window and saw Emily coming home from school. I walked out from the office and Salem followed me.
"Hey dad." said Emily. "Hey honey." I replied and she smiled. "Hey Salem." she said and picked up her cat. "Adam didn't paid attention to me today." he replied. I chuckled softly.
Suddleny her eyes turned black and blood was running from her nose. I gave her a cup of tea and she drank it. "Thank you." said Emily.
"Are you okay?" I asked worried. "I'm fine." she said. "I see so much of Eleanor in you." I replied. "Dad, Eleanor and grandma are fighting." said Emily. "How do you know?" I asked. "I saw it." she said.
