How can I cope with Stress?

One of the main thing we as teenagers face on a regular basis is stress. Some adults may think that we have nothing to worry about, because our parents work really hard to provide us, and give us tvw best education and it's just our duty to go to school and do our best.
Technically, it's not that easy, as you grow, you mature not only physically but mentally,for most.
The pressures of school work may increase, bullies may still be picking on you, basically you will have those days when you feel like the you are carrying the weight of the world on your shoulder. Along the way you need strength to help keep you going. Whatever in your life that you are overwhelmed by just remember that you have a God and saviour who is bigger than any problem. Just talk to your saviour about it, and remember that you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. As well as just try to get some rest, and try not to focus too much on your problem, urs just a phase in which we have to go through but everyone deals with it differently. Don't just throw a tantrum and scream,while you can humbly go down on your knees to pray. Let go depression, let go stress, let it go, just let it go. Jesus is able to carry you through such a time you are experiencing in your life.

Just trust him and you'll see how he works for you.
