I've decided to take out a few characters, I'll probably keep them for a different series or I might use them as place holding names. Like non-descripts. Having to many characters can make it overwhelming for both reader and writer.
I am not entirely sure how long things take in the game– like how long it took before Riddle overblotted. So I'm trying to pace it out how it would be in a regular term. For example, the Savanaclaw arc probably took at least a month of school time to get to because for a large competition like that you need time to whip people into shape.Just want to say whenever there is a linear line of dots, that can often represent whenever Kai is using his UM, or just the regular passing of time.
____________________________________________________________________The first week passed relatively quickly and quietly for Kai, met up with Viridis and the Professor for Runes the first day we reviewed what we did last year while waiting to see if any newbies would be able to join us. Unfortunately there were no new students joining the class.
Jade had our first meeting for the club before club day started, that way we could plan for it. He was not etrememely keen on gaining more members but we were required to set up a booth for the event. I merely laughed when he said he would be incharge of the booth to scare away unwanted attention.
That made us settle in relatively easily that week with each other, talking about different plants we had seen over the break. Apparently he and his brother, Floyd, had gone over to the Ashengrotto's place to bother him over the break. After expressing an interest in the plants that grew under water he offered to show me around sometime within the next month over the weekend. In turn I offered to get some of the plants I grew privately at home.
Soon the week had passed by fast, now Monday of the next week I was giving [enter name] tutoring in the library. It was then that I heard the raise of voices coming from a corner behind a bookshelf.
"-
-"In the short time that I'd not been paying attention to him[] he'd gone and started to nap. Couldn't exactly blame him though, it'd only been a week and classes were already ramping it up if you weren't used to it yet. I saw Headmage Crowley appear from shelves, hushing the group of freshmen and junior, although he was being louder than they were. I snort when he says they could always challenge Rosehearts for his position of dorm leader, it's like he was trying to set them up for failure. Although knowing what it would lead to, I didn't stop it, Roseheart's no matter how disruptive it was and heartbreaking it was one that was fairly easily stopped.
Sighing I throw a pencil at []'s head, effectively waking him up, looking spooked he glared before saying, "I think this is time to call it a day,"
"You should probably say, 'It is getting late, it's time to call it a day.' instead of that which I coud barely make my head around."
Snorting, he packed up, "Alright, alright, don't get your face ruined by scowling. See yah around, I'll send you a text if I need help again." He pushed passed the group of freshies that were crowding by the door at this point. The magicless kid, Yuu if I recall correctly stumbled and I made eye contact with him. He seemed to flinch, was something wrong with my eyes or something? Hopefully not.
Trey left a few minutes later, giving me a wave. Recognizing me as I am in the alchemy club with him and Rook. "Ah, didn't see you there Morpheus-kun. I don't have much time to chat as I need to get back to Riddle but I'll see you this Wednesday." I nod, going back to packing up my materials. It was after Trey left that I saw Crowely skulk around from behind a bookshelf, so he hadn't just left after saying his piece. "This doesn't seem to be a good idea..." He was muttering about how unruly freshman were going to make things worse and how he just made it worse by opening his mouth. His gold eyes glowed as they took notice that he wasn't alone in the library.
