The Corridor of Elders

Nya entered through the communicator, her voice muted owing to a weak connection. "Chen has--Kai village---Everyone---" She spoke, but static interrupted her words. "Nya? Nya I can't read you." (Y/N) said. "Hurry---too late!" Was the last thing (Y/N) heard Nya say before everything went silent. "Ugh," (Y/N) sighed, pushing the communicators aside. The gray ninja couldn't think of anything else but to go back to the Samurai X cave, so that's what (Y/N) did, hitting the throttle on the noodle truck and drove to the cave.

While driving, (Y/N) received a message from Neuro in their heads ordering them to meet at the Samurai X cave, which they were already on their way to.

Everyone made it to the cave, and (Y/N) hugged Skylor, "Your skin is less purple, Sky!" They informed her. "The spell is wearing off, but my father's antics sadly have not." She mentioned and (Y/N) sighed. "It will be alright." (Y/N) remarked.

"In the time it took to get here, Chen has taken over the entire Eastern seaboard and is moving inland. With each village destroyed, they grow stronger." Nya began pointing up at the TV. "That's a lot of red. Karlof does not like red." Karlof spoke.

"How are we supposed to stop them? Most of us have lost control of our dragons, not to mention we're outnumbered ten to one." Master of Gravity asked. "Actually, 62.4 to one." Zane corrected, "That's specific." (Y/N) hummed.

"Look, I'm scared like the rest of you. It may look like we've lost, but it's not over. When we thought we lost Zanne, it nearly tore us apart, but we didn't quit. We let it fuel us. We grew stronger." Lloyd yelled and grabbed Zane's arm. "Well some of us did." (Y/N) referred to the majority of the crew following the nindroid's purported death. "But we got back together." They added.

"There's hope. The Conrridor of Elders." Wu mentioned. "Corridor of Elders?" Shade questioned. "I know we don't stand much of a chance taking on his entire army at once, but after he's controlled the East, he'll move West tomorrow and have to pass through Echo Canyons. Our best tactical position is to make our stand where it bottlenecks: here, at the Corridor of Elders, the monuments honoring our ancestors. It's the narrowest channel, but our greatest chance." Wu explains, pointing at the screen with his staff.

"If we can't stop them here, the rest of Ninjago will fall like dominos," Garmadon explained.

"Karlof not like to lose. Karlof fueled!" Karlof shouted. "Same dude." (Y/N) sighed, chuckling slightly at the Master of Metal. "Then we have one day to save tomorrow," Wu informed them, and the masters cheered.

"So basically we are giving pep talks to the people to help us fight?" (Y/N) clarified. "More or less." Lloyd shrugged. "Sweet" (Y/N) ruffled his hair as they ran ahead of him, creating their dragon and flying away. "W-wait!" Lloyd chased after them. "Do you know any good spots?" Lloyd asked. "Most likely the Ninjago museum." (Y/N) was stated. "Can I join you?" He asked. "Of course, La-loyd." (Y/N) laughed, and Lloyd playfully rolled his eyes.

Later outdoors, Lloyd and (Y/N) chatted with a group of citizens. "We're asking you to fight as one," Lloyd said. "For Ninjago!" (Y/N) added, and everyone cheered. "We did it!" (Y/N) and Lloyd exchanged high fives.

The next day, the masters and civilians assembled at the canyons, ready to combat.

"Huh. There's so many of them." Lloyd made an imprint on the ground with his energy while Jay spoke. "We fight for each other. We fight as one." Lloyd yelled and everyone cheered. "The ninja." Chen spat as a snake army came to a halt in the distance. "Hold the line." (Y/N) began, with a pause before Chen yelled. "CHARGE!"
