"things you can't outrun"

Barry, Raina and Iris walked out of the movie theater. Raina still having a bucket of popcorn in her hands as she ate out of it.

"Regular movie scale, that was a seven or eight." Barry grabbed some of Rainas popcorn. "Zombie movie scale, it was, like, a four, tops."

"There's a zombie movie scale?" Iris asked confused.

Raina chuckled. "There's always a zombie movie scale when it's Barry."

"Did you know that Zombie exist in nature?" Barry gave out his daily fun fact. "There's a species of fungi that infects ants, causing the ants to attack plants that can release spores which in turn infect new hosts." Barry turned to Raina and Iris as they just smiled at him. "I'm going full nerd again, aren't I?" Raina and Iris nodded in agreement.

"It's ok." Iris chuckled.

Raina agreed. "Yeah, you're still the cutest nerd that I know." Barry slightly grinned his face turning a light red.

Iris changed the subject. "Anyways, I'm a lot more interested in the amazing as of late."

"You mean cause of this red streak and green blur thing?" Barry sounded unenthusiastic as Raina slightly stiffened up.

"They're out there." Iris smiled. "People are talking about them, He's helping out on the ground and the other one, is helping out in the sky."

Raina acted confused. "How do you even know he's a he?" Barry glared at Raina. "Maybe it's a she." Raina knew how easy it was for her to get under Barry's skin, sometimes it annoys Barry but deep down he enjoys a lot.

"It's a man, ok?" Iris tried to explain. "You know I am really intuitive about this kind of stuff."

"Well your intuition is not good when it comes to the one in the sky." Raina smiled.

Iris scoffed. "Someone even posted a picture after being yanked from a car accident. It's a red blur leaving the scene. Sometimes they don't work together, but when they do, they're unstoppable." Iris took out her phone to show the picture to Raina and Barry only to see Eddies face pop up. "Here, what do you see?"

"We see your boyfriend's calling." Barry looked back at Iris.

"Oh, I should probably get this." Iris looked at her phone. "I'm crashing at his place tonight, and he's supposed to leave a key for me somewhere." Iris walked away from the two.

Barry turned to Raina before looking down at her neck. "Is that a hickey?" Barry took a closer look becoming slightly jealous.

"What?" Raina looked at him confused.

Barry pointed at her neck. "You have a hickey on your neck, it's quite visible and large." Raina quickly placed a hand on her neck. "Don't hide it now. I already seen it." Raina sighed before dropping her hand. "Who is it from?"
