They all left and Carol was the DD tn, she's a freshie this year and she wanted to see the vibe of the bar before she got trashed.

Nika, Carol,Victoria, Kate, Azzi, Aliyah, Caroline, Aubrey, and Paige all piled into Victoria's mom's van for an unforgettable ride. This van has seen it all - from escaping Coach G on the way home from practice to unexpected passengers like Aliyah's new friend, who just hopped in for the adventure(no one knew him, but he and aliyah were Bffs that night. Victoria's mom's van is like a community hotspot, and everyone has a wild story to tell about their time in it.

(Victoria's POV)

We pulled up and hopped out of the car, ready to meet up with Braxton, Kenna, and Matt. It's a smaller crew tonight, but that just means we'll have an even better time. "Hey ladies, how many?" the host asks, and Nika quickly replies, "12," eager to get inside. The host nods and leads us to our table, where we all settle in. I couldn't resist - I jumped out of my seat and made my way over to the bar. If you can't tell, its a routine at this point.

"Hey there, love," the bartender says with a smile as she puts the finishing touches on someone else's drink. After exchanging greetings, I order drinks for both Kate and myself. Once I hand Kate her drink, I head to the dance floor, knowing that she's surrounded by friends and won't feel left out. Even though I'm the closest with her and CC, my teammates are (somewhat) friends with them as well.

I'm on my third drink (🤪-sorry) and I was dancing with Aubrey. Aubrey is literally the best ever. "Someone's looking at you," Aubrey says with a smirk on her face. "Who?" I ask, looking around. Aubrey nods her head to Paige, who's on the other side of the room talking to some guy. dam aubrey. really a vibe killer. I have this feeling in my stomach when I look at her...hmm, probably disgust(not disgust love, but think what u want🤗) . I look back at Aubrey to see her giving me a weird look. Shit. I guess I was staring for too long.

Aubrey grabs my hand and pretends like she's dancing with me, and then we somehow end up over with Paige and the guy she was talking to. "Yo P," Aubrey says as we approach them, putting her arm around my shoulder. "Yo Aub," Paige says as she dabs Aubrey up, then looks at me. It was low-key awkward but she can look at me however long she wants ...stop. I don't know what compelled me to say something because I should've stayed quiet, but I said, "Damn, Bueckers, not even a hello? You must really hate me." She looks me up and down again. "u trippin if u think I couldhate you, Auriemma," Paige says, winking at me (🫨). The guy next to her speaks up, "You guys are on the basketball team as well, right?" he asks. "Yeah, I'm Aubrey Griffin, and that's Victoria Auriemma," she answers annoyingly (I would too, because this kid is stupid. Paige just said Victoria's name). "Oh cool, your the coaches daughter" he says. "yea" i answered. i grabbed aubrey's hand leading her to the dance floor, bored with this conversation.

After dancing for a little longer, i realized i needed Kate to take insta pics of me (bc why go somewhere if ur not taking pics🤷‍♀️). I walk over to the table "hey katie" i say walking up and kissing her on the head. "ugh here we go" she says getting up, knowing why i came over to her, we took the pictures and i posted them
