Morality

If you couldn't tell somehow, the scarred faced wolf from last chapter was Reno. Thought you should know

Reno was out cold, eye wrapped up, and overall not doing so hot. Richas looking over him in the medical bay of the wolves den asks "And you found him in your dumpster?" Kyle replies with "Yeah, i heard him growling at someone and then i heard him fall in the dumpster" Richas sighs, with worry in his face. "I hope he's willing to talk, but he definitely wont be tonight.

Reno begins to wake up, putting his hand over his eye. "Augh, that hurts, what happened?" he says. Richas, worried about his plan (see Bork, life at howlin hugs, made by @derpaherp9) tries to ask what happened. but before he could get a word out, Reno remembers something and yells "SH#%, TURN ON THE NEWS" and a med staff does that.

The news channel plays; "Breaking News, an unknown event has happened in the slums on Compania City, here's citizen #9, live on the scene" it cuts to citizen #9 live on the scene, who says "Thank you citizen #4, I'm here live at the scene where authorities are investigating what looks like a murder, here we have a resident of the nearby apartment. What are your thoughts on this, sir?" An African American man who looks like he was violently woken up explains "I was just chillin in my apartment when all of a sudden I heard a loud scream, man! Someone for sure died here!"

"How scary," the news reporter says. "Multiple witnesses claim the same thing, detectives say. They believe someone was shot and an attempted disposal was made, due to the blood on the trash bags in the dumpster." Reno, absolutely terrified yells "FU#%!!!!" at the top of his lungs, while Kyle says "shoot, I knew I forgot something!" the news continues to say the victim wasn't found and likely got away. Rich then says "WOAH WOAH WOAH calm down, there's no way they're gonna find out its you-" and as he says that the news says "police are going to do a blood test to see who or what this was" causing Richas to shut his mouth.

Reno starts to panic, pacing back and forth, muttering "If humans find out werewolves are real, we're all gonna get turned into fur coats!" Rich hearing this tells Reno "Dude how do you know that? I'm sure there's someone who'll get estati-" Reno interrupts him angrily saying "YOU DONT KNOW HUMANS LIKE I DO, DICK! You could be an absolute saint, never killing a single person, on purpose or accident, yet the moment they find out you're a werewolf they'll say some BS like 'oohh you're a danger to us, oohh you need to get put down before you kill someone,' they're either paranoid, or evil. There is no in-between."

Upon hearing this, Kyle didnt want to belive this as true, but what Daryl said to him rings into his head, 'Even if it was zero, I wouldn't forgive ya.' Richas sick of hearing this yells "I HAVE MET A HUMAN THAT IS PERFECTLY WILLING TO HELP US, DESPITE BEING HUMAN!! GIVE HIM A CHANCE AND YOU'LL SEE-" Reno interrupts him again yelling "WHY DO YOU BELIVE HUMANS ARE CAPABLE OF BEING NICE TO US!?" Rich, with tears in his eyes yells "BECAUSE I WAS RAISED BY ONE!!!!" The room gets quiet.

Richard then explains "As a pup, I never met my parents. I was alone. I had no one. Had to live off the street. I wondered into a ghetto one day in wolf form. little brats thought I was some ugly dog and tried to get me. But, an elderly woman named Grace was willing to take me in, still thinking I was a dog, heh. I played along until morning came and i transformed back in front of her. I expected her to kick me out or just kill me, but she didn't." Rich then says with a faint smile on his face "She took me in, raised me like I was one of them. Didn't mind the lycanthropy one bit. I just with she was still here."

Reno, with sympathy in his body language, but anger in his face tells Rich "You've been with them your whole life, huh?" Reno sighs. "So that's why I cant win with you. I've seen humans at their worst, and you, their best." Reno then says "Keep me out of your business, I want no part in it." and leaves. Kyle, shocked, and a little saddend by this turn of events, then tells him "You really were lucky, you know? A good friend of mine found out about my lycanthropy and tried to kill me as soon as he could." and leaves as well. 

Richas, a little upset over what just happened, decides to go home. Going through the tunnels he heads to a small house on a hill. he heads inside. the inside of the house looks like a kids bedroom, mostly due to the rocket ship wallpaper. There's soda cans all over the floor. He sits on the couch and grabs a picture frame with a picture of a young wolf Richard next to an Elderly woman and says "Maybe you could've convinced Cassandra too" with a sad look on his face.
