Aarohi wakes up by listening to them. Aarohi wonders how they all came to know about her birthday.

Nishtha- yeh jo apke husband hai na unhone aj subah se pure ghar mai shore machaya hua tha ki "MERI AARU KA BIRTHDAY HAI".

Then Everyone cut cake and feeds to Aarohi.
Abhimanyu- Ab hum couple ko koi privacy dega?
Neil- privacy chahiye aapko bhai?
Abhimanyu- Neil ke bache, tujhe toh mai baad mai dekh lunga
Nishtha- acha bas ab hum ja rhe hai. Ap dono ladai mat karo.
Everyone goes from Abhirohi's room Abhimanyu locks his room.
Abhimanyu hugs Aarohi tightly
Abhimanyu- Happy birthday to the one who stole my heart. Thanks for being you. I love you.
Aarohi- Thankyou so much baby, I love you too but tumhe mere birthday ke barein mai kaise pata chala?
Abhimanyu tells everything that when he and Akshara met for first time, she told about birthdays of each and every member of Goenka family.
Abhimanyu- Mai sabke birthday bhul gya tha but I don't know mujhe tumhara birthday kaise yaad rha. I think it's all destiny
Aarohi again hugs Abhimanyu but Abhimanyu winces in pain

Aarohi- Abhi ab bohot hogya. Hume hospital jaana chahiye. Tumko kabse arm mai pain ho rha hai.
Abhimanyu smiles
Abhimanyu- Yeh pyaar ka pain hai
Aarohi- babe, leave all these things. Be practical about pain
Abhimanyu- toh Tum khud check karlo na ki meri arm mai dard kyu ho rha hai.
Aarohi- Yeah, let me see ki koi swelling ho rhi hai kya?
Aarohi lifts the T-shirt from Abhimanyu's arm and gets shocked.

Agar physically tum nhi hogi toh tattoo ke through tum mere pas hogi. Aur yeh physically tum hospital mai hogi, Aise tumhe mai apne se dur nhi hone dunga.
More tears develop in Aarohi's eyes

Abhimanyu wipes Aarohi's tears and kisses her forehead.

Abhimanyu picks Aarohi and then they both go on bed.

Next morning, Aarohi prays infront of sirat and Kartik's photo and then AbhiRohi come for breakfast
Later they leave for hospital
Aarohi's cabin in the hospital was also decorated. When she entered her cabin, she got surprised. All the staff members and doctors started wishing Aarohi and some gave bouquets while some gave her chocolates.
Then they both resumed to their work.
At night Abhirohi leaves for home.
They both reach home.
Aarohi notices that the hall is decorated with black and silver Balloons and there is a cake on cake table.
Nishtha- bhabhi ap dress change karlo then hum apka birthday celebrate karenge.

Abhimanyu gives a box to Aarohi
Abhimanyu- Aarohi, I ordered this dress for you. Pls wear this today
Aarohi opens the box
Aarohi- wow Abhi, this dress is so pretty.
Aarohi goes and changes her clothes
Aarohi comes out wearing that dress. Abhimanyu melts by looking at her.
Abhimanyu is wearing black pants and white shirt and he is looking super hot in it. Aarohi is wearing A black dress which is looking fab on her. Rest all are wearing silver dresses.
Then AbhiRohi come downstairs
Aarohi praises Neil and Nishtha for decoration. Then Everyone except Taiji and Harshvardhan performs for Aarohi. Aarohi feels on cloud nine.
Then Abhimanyu shows his tattoo to everyone. Everyone love that tattoo
Harshvardhan ( in mind)- toh janaab ne biwi ka tattoo banwaliya hai baju pe. Itna bhulakkad hai ki yeh biwi ka naam bhul jayega jo uska naam likhwa liya hai.
Then Aarohi cuts the cake and everyone feeds her and give her gifts.

Guys, I have tried to present exactly what I wanted for Aaru's birthday. The makers showed Akshara's, Abhimanyu's, Abhir's and mimi's birthday with grand parties but they didn't show Aaru's birthday. I was waiting for her birthday since 2022. Finally after 1 year, they showed Aaru's birthday but that wasn't satisfying. Makers didn't do big on Aaru's birthday the way they did on others. Birlas made a cake for Aaru and goenkas video called her. All didn't even give gifts to Aaru. So i have tried to present what I wished for Aaru's birthday.
