"Goodnight, sweetie!" Aurora's mother shouts from downstairs. "Goodnight, mum! Love you!" Aurora shouts back before shutting her bedroom door. "Cute pajamas you've got there." The deep voice that belonged to Billy Loomis, said from Aurora's window sill.
Aurora let out a yelp, as she turned to face the boy, who had a small smirk on his handsome face.
"Billy! Don't do that! I'm telling you, one day your gonna give me a heart attack if you keep sneaking into my room like this." Aurora exclaims, approaching her friend with a smile.
"What are you even doing here? It's late you know." She said once she got in front of him. It wasn't unusual for Billy to be at her house at different hours of the day or night. He found that whenever he was with Aurora or Stu, he would feel happy...himself.
"What can I say? I wanted to see you." Billy said, hopping off the window sill and walking towards her. She was always oblivious to how Billy and Stu looked at her. She saw them as her friends and she thought that's how they felt too.
"Did something happen?" Aurora asked with concern.
"Does something have to happen for me to see you?" Billy teased. "What? Of course not! I just thought something happened, that's all." She rushed once she knew nothing was wrong. "It's alright. I'm just teasing."
"Well, thank you for the late night visit, but I need to get to bed before it gets any later. We have school tomorrow." Aurora tells Billy. "Look at you, little miss goodie two shoes." He teases her again. "Ha ha, very funny. But I'm serious. I need to go to bed." Aurora says while rolling her eyes at the boy.
"Don't roll your eyes at me, Rora." Billy suddenly says, which makes her frown slightly. "Or what?" She replies back, her eyebrow arched high. She knew he was playing around, so she went along with it.
A sexy smirk made it's way onto his face, which made Aurora's face flush. "Or...I'll punish you." His voice dark but the smirk is still there. "Oh, I'm sooo scared!" She mocks, and just to rub it in even more, she rolls her eyes again.
Next thing she knew, she was thrown onto her bed with Billy on top of her. Aurora's eyes were wide and her mouth was open, out of shock. "I warned you." Billy whispered into her ear. That's when she felt his hands move to her sides.
The room suddenly erupted into laughter, as Billy tickled her. "B-billy...stop!" The brunette begged through giggles, trying not to make too much noise, as her mother is downstairs.
"Say your sorry and that you won't roll your eyes at me again." He said with a smirk, as he looked down at the girl, lovingly. "Not...gonna...happen." Aurora says through short breaths. Billy started to tickle her again, which makes her scream loudly.
"Alright! Alright!" She finally gave in, not being able to take anymore. "Yes?" He questioned, his eyebrow raised, waiting for a response. "I'm sorry, Billy. I promise, I won't roll my eyes at you ever again." She promises. "Or at Stu." He continues. "Or...at Stu." She finally says, making Billy smile. "Good girl."
Aurora doesn't know why, but whenever he uses that nickname with her, she get's butterflies in her stomach. One thing was certain. Aurora knew she wouldn't be able to act on those feelings because one, she knew they would reject her and two, they already had girlfriends. Billy was with Sidney Prescott and Stu was with Tatum Riley.
"Aurora! Are you alright?!" The sound of her mother's voice is enough to send Aurora into a panic. "Shit! Billy, you have to go. Quickly!" Aurora tries getting Billy out of her room as quickly as possible. "Give me a kiss, and I'll go." Billy negotiates, making Aurora glare at him.
"Aurora?" Her mother's voice was getting closer. "Fine!" Aurora says, marching over to the boy near her window.
She quickly kissed him on the cheek, and a feeling flowed through her, as she did. "There, now go, before my mum catches you. If she does, we're both dead."
"Alright, baby. I'll see you at school tomorrow." Billy said before jumping out of her window, safely landing on the ground below. Aurora will never get over the nicknames he and Stu call her.
"Are you alright, honey?" Grace, Aurora's mother, says, entering her room. "Yeah, why wouldn't I be?" Aurora answers back, pulling her bed covers back. "I just heard you scream, that's all." Her mother says with a worried look. "Oh yeah, sorry. There was a bug that I saw in my room. It was nothing." Aurora replies with a warm smile. "Ok, goodnight, Rora." Grace says, closing her door. "Night!"
Once Grace left her daughter's room, Aurora went to bed, trying to get enough sleep in for a long day at school in the morning.
She wasn't aware of what the next day would bring to not only her but also her friends and her relationship with everyone.
