"Aurora? Please honey, say something...anything." Grace pleaded with her daughter who just stared ahead emotionlessly. "H-how...do you expect me to react mum? A man who I know nothing about is my father! I'm sorry, but I'm not doing this right now." Aurora angrily scoffed before she stormed upstairs.

"Don't worry Grace...she'll come around. I plan on sticking around this time." Charles said nonchalantly as he leaned back in his chair. Grace rolled her eyes at his laziness. "You know, in seventeen years you haven't changed a bit. You're still the same lazy, piece of shit you've always been." Grace growled out as she left the kitchen.

30 Minutes Later.

Two knocks were heard at the front door. With a confused look, Grace got up from the couch in the living room and answered it.

She was surprised to find her daughter's best friends, Billy and Stu, standing on the front porch.

"Afternoon boys. Here, come on in." She said as she made way for the two. "Afternoon, Grace!" Stu cheerfully said with a bright smile, one she instantly returned. "Are you here for Aurora?" Grace asked and on cue, Aurora rushed down the stairs.

"Hey guys!" Aurora beamed as she pulled both of them in for a hug. Instantly, she felt Billy and Stu's arms wrap around her, pulling her closer into them.

"Who the hell are these two?" A sharp, demanding male voice interjected, ruining the small interaction between the trio. Aurora spun around and came face to face with 'her father'. Even the word alone, made a sour taste appear in her mouth.

Charles stood in the doorway which lead into the living room. His face contorted into a scowl as Aurora's face hardened.

"It's non of your business." Aurora quickly retorted which earnt her a look from her mum. "Watch you're mouth, Aurora. Is that any way to talk to your father?" Charles replied with a sly smirk. He knew that it got under her skin.

Stu and Billy's body stiffened at the comment. Father? The two boys knew that her father was non-existent in her life, so they were extremely confused but they didn't press for an answer. They knew that when she was ready, she'd tell them.

"So, are you ready Rora? We got a scary movie waiting for us to watch." Stu butted in, trying to ease the tension and awkwardness. A smile took over the brunette's face as her mother furrowed her brow's in confusion.

"R-ready? For what, Aurora?" Grace demanded. "I'm going over to Stu's place tonight." Aurora calmly responded. "Why...didn't you tell me?" Her mother asked again. "Well I was a little distracted by the presence of this man who claims to be my father. So...forgive me if it slipped my mind." The brunette bit out.

Grace flinched at her daughter's harsh tone. But she understood where Aurora was coming from.

"Sorry, Rora. Go out and have...fun. You two, make sure to keep her safe or so help me god!" Grace sharply said, pointing her finger at Billy and Stu. "You got it Grace." Billy replied with a smile. But the moment was ruined yet again by Charles.

"Not a chance! I'm not sending my daughter out with the two of you! I don't know you therefore...I don't trust you." Charles interjected. The crazed boys sent a nasty glare his way. Charles felt a cold chill shoot down his spine. He nervously gulped but he tried his best to not show his uneasiness.

The movement didn't go unnoticed by the two boys who were watching his every move.

"Listen Charles, and listen good. After seventeen years, you don't get to just randomly show up out of nowhere and decide that now's the time you wanna be my father. I'm not going to lie to you...I don't want you in my house and I don't want you in my life. And for the record, I don't give a shit if you trust these guys or not...but I trust them and I will be leaving this house with them."

Charles, Grace, Stu and Billy all watched in awe as Aurora walked out of the house like nothing happened. Deep down, the two insane boys were proud of their girl. "You guys coming or what?" The brunette loudly questioned as she stood beside Billy's parked car.

Without another word, Billy and Stu bolted out of the two story house.

Macher Residence.

"So, what movie have you decided?" Aurora asked as she plopped herself down on Stu's couch. "Texas Chainsaw Massacre!" Billy excitedly exclaimed as Stu giggled. Aurora let out a laugh. She wasn't surprised that it was a horror film the two of them picked.

"Alright, well while the two of you set up the movie, do you want any snacks?" She questioned as she got to her feet. "Umm...yes! What kind of question is that?" Stu dramatically let out while he threw his hands up in the air.

Aurora walked off towards the kitchen while laughing at his response.

Once Aurora disappeared into the kitchen, Stu turned around and finally faced Billy who gave him a smirk.

"Only a few more days until we get her all to ourselves." Stu excitedly said in a quiet voice but made sure it was loud enough for his friend to hear. "Everything is coming together perfectly." Billy retorted as he set up the film.

Out of the blue, Stu furrowed his eyes while he was deep in thought. Billy almost instantly noticed the action.

"What's wrong?" Billy questioned as he glanced behind Stu, making sure Aurora wasn't coming back yet. "We are so close to having her but there are still so many people who are in our way. Like that prick from earlier..." The lanky boy mumbled in an irritated tone. "Charles..." Billy muttered. The name itself, rotted in his mouth.

Out the corner of his eye, Billy watched as the brunette slowly made her way back to them, juggling the snacks that were in her hands.

"We'll continue this later..." Billy mumbled just in time as the brunette approached them. "What are you two talking about?" Aurora asked as she sat herself back down along with the snacks she had.

"Don't worry you're pretty little head about it." Stu slyly replied as he sent her a cheeky smirk. "But I wanna know." Aurora whined. "Curiosity killed the cat." Billy teased which made her glare at him. Billy knew how to get under her skin...and he loved it.

A few hours into the bloodthirsty horror movie and after eating a boat load of lollies, Aurora was crashed out between the two boys.

Billy and Stu paid no mind to what was happening on the TV as they were distracted by Aurora and her beauty.

"She looks so peaceful when she's asleep." Billy commented, mostly to himself. "Indeed she does...but not even her dreams and nightmares can keep her from us." Stu added on as he gently brushed her long, brown hair.

"What are we gonna do about her father?" Stu asked but his eyes were still focused on the girl who was snuggled up against him. "Isn't it obvious? We fucking slit his throat...and along with anyone else who wants to get inbetween us and her." Billy aggressively replied.

A dark glint appeared in the lanky boy's eye as an evil smirk made it's way onto his pale face.

"Agreed..."
