Aurora didn't sleep a wink that night. She was a nervous wreck and would jump at the slightest of sounds. Stu didn't leave either. He stayed with her all night, making sure she was okay.
Stu, on the other hand, was very much pissed off. Him and Billy had come up with a 'fun' plan to scare her. The plan consisted of Stu getting knocked out, Billy disguised as ghostface and calling her and then Aurora finding Stu tied up and beaten...but he was never meant to carve her fucking face.
Stu does admit, Aurora looked beautiful with their marks on her but that doesn't excuse the fact that Billy hurt her badly.
"I don't want you going to school...both of you. It's too dangerous." Grace firmly stated as she watched her daughter carefully. "Mum please...I just want to go to school and try to forget what happened." Aurora objected as she continued to dress herself. "I promise you, Grace, as long as I'm with her, that prick won't go near her." Stu promised as the mother and daughter both sent the boy a small smile.
"Just...please, be careful." Aurora's mum begged. "We will be fine mum, I promise." Aurora said comfortingly as she embraced her mum in a tight but loving hug. "I won't be going to work today so if you need to come home, I'll be here." Grace said as she watched her daughter open the front door. "Alright, bye! I love you." The brunette girl sung out as she excited the two story house with her lanky friend.
She was unknown to what she'd see when she got back.
Later - At School
At Woodsboro High, the entire campus was overrun by people. News vans and patrol jeeps were spread all over the place. Once again, reporters attacked anyone and everyone with questions regarding the murders and the police officers tried to hold them back.
Once Aurora saw the madness unfold around her, she got an overwhelming feeling and wanted to disappear. But like always, Stu was there and was ready to comfort her as best as he could.
"Hey, hey...it's okay, just breath. You can do this." Stu softly encouraged her as he gently rubbed Aurora's arms. Taking his advice, the brunette inhaled deeply. "Thank you, Stu." Aurora thanked before she sent him a bright smile, one of which he returned.
Their little moment got interrupted as a news reporter shoved their microphone into Aurora's face.
REPORTER 1
"How does it feel to be almost murdered by the same killer that attacked Sidney Prescott?!" The reporter screamed in Aurora's face.Aurora stumbled back as more reporters rushed over to her.
REPORTER 2
"How is it that you survived the attack last night?!" Another one shouted. Stu stepped in front of the brunette to shield her from the savages."Everyone back the fuck off!" The lanky boy shouted as he pushed a news reporter backwards. Everyone that surrounded them, quickly backed off after that. "Come on, let's get you inside." Stu said next as he gently pushed her towards the school entrance.
"Thank you for what you did back there." Aurora thanked, feeling a bit more relaxed. "It had to be done, plus...I didn't like how they were closing in on you." Stu replied as he wrapped his hand around Aurora's waist protectively...possessively.
For some reason, his touch always did something to Aurora. It made her feel things that were unknown to her, but she was starting to understand it.
