Chapter 4: The Sunlight Crystal

I woke up and quickly got ready. My friends were already up, but all of us except Angelina was tired.

We boarded the teleportation express, for Sunlight city was too far to teleport to.

I closed my eyes, and after ten minutes the train skidded to a stop.

Virtually no time had passed, and the train zoomed away, leaving only a train of teleportation portal dust behind.

I smiled. After waiting for so long, I finally arrived.

We immediately headed to a cafe. I had no idea what Angelina had planned for the trip, and neither did my friends. 

My mouth dropped open when we got to the cafe.

'Your kidding' I said in awe as soon as my mouth could work again. 'Sunstream café?' I asked, not quite believing it.

'Of course, they obviously gave me over a thousand clouds.' she bragged.

I shook my head at her as we dug into heaping plates of delicacies.

When Angelina announced that it was time to go, I dug my heels in.

'Seriously?' I whined. 'We'll come back in a couple months' said Samantha, dragging me out.

'When I win the Crafter's test.' she said. I raised my eyebrow.

The Crafter's test was a renowned competition and they only selected a winner in the whole school.

The Magic school had many top crafter's like Veronica Saily and Arnoldo.

They both were very talented, though they kinda was equal to Samantha in standard but in creativity, Samantha outshone them both.

I quickly followed Angelina, who grabbed our hands. She raised a teleportation crystal and lifted it towards the light.

We arrived at Sunlight Muesuem. 'I wonder if we can see the Sunlight Crystal' wondered Alica.

'Your about to find out' smiled Angelina. Really though, I was hoping the crystal to be sealed away.

We entered the muesuem. I gushed over the prettily shimmering of the gleaming potions mounted on racks on the shelves.

There were golden shimmer, tantalising crystal and a v=bunch of other potions.

Most of Sunlight City's creations were purely for show. You would have to visit the caves to get a look at thier crystals in thier natural places, so I assume that this muesuem contained something other.

We passed a brief tribute to Moonlight city, Aurora Lands and also Crystal Falls.

We passed a intricately cut crystal, and I wondered if that was the fabled crystal.

But I suppposed that thier prized crystal will be exhibited with more fanfare.

'That's the solar crystal' whispered Samantha.

The solar crystal was the main managing crystal of the happenings in the solar system. 

The Sunlight though holding lesser power, could obliterate earth if exploded. 

The solar crystal, however, controls the happenings in the system and prevents anything too disastrous from happening, including the C-34p black hole from swallowing Jupiter and it's moons, and preventing earth from being pummeled by meteors.

It was, however, just one of the crystals. Sunlight city produces everything that protects us physically, and Crystal Falls with illusions.

I soon ventured upon the Magic crystal, the main crystal that holds power over our magic. But the Sunlight crystal holds more power than all of the major crystals combined. Except for the Moonlight crystal, which power is more mysterious and delicate.
