You hear aiden's voice scream. Making you turn around and run down the stairs as fast as you can. and ran out of the door and you saw ashlyn getting dragged up the roof. You ran and tried pulling her down by grabbing her leg but it was too late. So you walked down a few steps to get off the porch and then walked back a few distance from the house until you got a clear view of the roof and you saw a phantom dragging ashlyn further up the roof.
You took one of your arrows from your quiver and removed your bow off your shoulder and your aimed at your bow and arrow at the phantom but it had already dragged ashlyn to the other side of the roof, you could've went around and shot it but you could've attract other phantoms so you just lowered your bow and grit your teeth, 'Dang it...'
"Aiden you have to get up there! Quickly!!" You tell aiden as you turned your gaze towards him but you already saw him trying to go up the roof, "Already on it." aiden responds as he struggles to raise himself up so you took a step forward to go and help him but then you turned your head around around when you smelled a phantom's scent coming towards you and you see one dashing your way, "tsk." You raise your bow once more and aim for the phantom as you pulled your arrow and then shot the phantom in the phantom's chest and it collapsed before it could get close to you.
"So annoying." You mutter as you approach the phantom's body to take the arrow back and when you got your arrow back your eyes narrowed when you saw two phantoms walking at the side of the house so you move a bit more forward to the house so they wont notice you and as you did this your eyes lands on the door when you saw tyler get out the house. '...we'll definitely attract more phantoms if more of us are out here.'
"What are you doing?" tyler asks when he sees aiden trying to climb up the roof, "Help me get up here! Now!" Aiden told tyler but tyler continued to question, "why-"
"Just do it!" you yell in frustration, "Hurry!" Aiden exclaimed and tyler went over to help him. As tyler was helping aiden get up the roof you then ran past them and went back inside the house, "Hey where are you okay?!" Tyler yells as he watches you go up the stairs but when you didn't answer he clicked his tongue in annoyance and looked up at aiden who was now getting up the roof successfully. "Can you tell me what's going on now?!" Tyler asks still not informed of what happened, "a phantom stole ashlyn! And I'm gonna get her back." He said as he then started to crawl to where ashlyn was taken.
When you got inside you ran up the stairs and ran into the room where ben and taylor were in. Upon seeing you taylor questioned, "what happened?" She asks as you walk to the window, "ashlyn was dragged to the roof by a phantom." You say before looking out the window, "what?!" Taylor exclaimed but you turned your head and reassured her.
"Don't worry. Aiden already went to the roof to get her, and besides." You say before turning your head to the window, "there's no way we will let her die." You say before your eyes looked up at where logan was at. 'you can do this buddy.
*THUMP*
*THUMP*
*THUMP*
Logan's heart beat quickens as he focuses on aiming at the phantom that was attacking ashlyn. 'focus. It's okay, like what y/n said, it's just like looking through a telescope.
Right! That's all this is, a telescope. a very deadly, scary telescope.' Logan reassured himself as he stared into the eyepiece of the sniper rifle.
'I need to do something- anything! Just-' ashlyn thought before she yelled at the phantom, "let me go!" And upon hearing this, the phantom then tilts its head a bit in confusion then as it did, a bullet shot straight through the head of the phantom. "A gunshot??" Taylor says in confusion and your eyes widened and you opened the window and tried to see what happened, 'did he do it?'

You peeped your head through the window to see what happened but you couldn't see because the window wasn't on the side where ashlyn was. you let put a slight sight and got your head back inside.
