Violet rubbed her eyes as she got ready for school and heard commotion in the kitchen which only meant one thing, Shawn was home. She finished getting dressed and rushed to the kitchen to see him and what she saw, almost made her scream as she saw not only Shawn but also Angela. "Angie!" Violet screamed as she ran past Shawn to get to her and immediately wrapped her arms around the older woman, Angela smiled as she hugged her back instantly, "Hey Starlight" she greeted as Shawn looked jealous. "What am I, chopped liver?" he questioned dramatically with a pout and Violet giggled as she released Angela and jumped on him, "Hi Ace, I missed you" she said to him with her arms around his neck securely. "Mhm, hi Gem. How was Texas?" Shawn asked her and she groaned "It was fun, I rode a real bull, Lucas rode a bull and then it just turned awkward cause Riley said was just her brother and then turns out Maya likes Lucas and Lucas likes the both of them. Well he said he thinks he likes them both and he doesn't know what to do so I told him to let the girls figure it out because they are more clueless than him." Shawn and Angela looked to each other knowing that Lucas definitely liked Violet more than the other girls, but she needed to figure that out on her own, "That's insane! You rode a bull? I'm proud of you, but yeah that sounds like an awkward love triangle waiting to happen" Shawn told her before setting her down and Violet nodded "Yeah it was annoying and then yesterday Cory had the audacity to try and make a lesson about their feelings and I once again had to tell Lucas not to feel forced to act on his emotions and I'm glad he listened cause he almost had an awkward date with Maya" she told them rubbing her head.
"Wow, you had to deal with a lot of emotions" Angela told her and she felt bad for the girl as she knew that Violet didn't really understand the terms of love when it came to actual relationships. "Yeah it was very exhausting, I'm hoping that today isn't so bad. We got Harper" she said as she went to her fridge and grabbed an apple for breakfast. "Speaking of Harper, I gotta get going. I don't wanna be late" Violet told them as she whistled for Eclipse and waved bye to the adults before leaving. "Well that was interesting, I wonder if she knows New Years is close" Angela said to Shawn who looked at her with a smirk, "I wonder if Lucas will man up and kiss her when the clock strikes midnight" he said back to her causing her to gain a smirk of her own.
