Alastor POV:
Mother and I got out of there just in time before the manager had caught us, not that we haven't been caught before though. Our client doesn't like when we're sloppy anyway. I hauled the body over my shoulder and followed Mother. Sneaking behind houses and through backallies, we arrived at the location. She quietly knocked on the hidden door in a special knock so our client would know its us. The door opened and we both quickly went inside. Pentious had his hood around his face but put it down once the door was closed. Our trades rarely have words, except when we were given our next target he wanted gone. This was why I couldn't tell Husk why Mother and I could afford our lifestyle. Being Hell hitmen pays greatly. "Who's next?" Mother asked Pentious. He handed over a paper and I felt my heart drop and smile falter. We left the building and Mother gave me the paper. "You see her everyday. It will be easier for you to eliminate her." I was forcing my smile to stay on, even when all I wanted to do was scream. I can't kill Charlie. I just can't.
