_______I walked downtown in Chicago while waving to my supporters. I have a press conference open to the public.
Anybody can come ask questions about anything. I've done this before, but not in Chicago so I'm nervous.
"I love y'all" I yelled while continuing to wave
I walked away with my team behind me while looking at the time.
"You getting mic'd up under the tent over there" Tray pointed before I looked between him and the tent
"Who told you that?" I asked because that don't look like that where I go
"It's in the details on the sheet, it say yellow tent. It's only one yellow tent out here"
I found my way to the tent with everybody still following behind me. I got checked in before getting mic'd up and waiting.
We start at seven, so I have less than ten minutes. While I waited, we discussed plans for later on.
I'm supposed to in Chicago until tomorrow, but I have to be back to LA. Angel really taking this birthday month thing serious.
She does it every year, so I have to be attentive to the tradition.
We're having a house party tonight, so I have to leave as soon as I'm done. That private jet get me too and from real quick.
Once it was time to start, I made my way on the stage. It's a stage and some cookout chairs with no table.
Very tacky, but it'll do.
"Wassup everybody, how y'all doing today?" I asked before getting a loud response, "Y'all up, and energetic I like that"
We started and I just answered the questions. It's a lot of people here, so the questions ain't gone stop.
"Do you ever have plans to stop doing music?" a lady asked through the microphone
"Physically getting on a song, yes. When I'm old and my voice worn out. As far as producing and signing people, no. Thank you"
I waited for the next person before our microphone crew gave a lady a microphone.
"How do you cope with the world constantly being in your business?"
"The world don't be in my business because half of the stuff on the internet is a lie. Do I get tired of the lies, yes, but other than that it's nothing to cope with"
The mic was passed on before I watched the girl whisper something to her friend. Like they were debating on what to say.
They started laughing before she cleared her throat. Okay.
"Your daughter was in a internet brawl a few weeks ago. What you think about that?" I scrunched my face up confused
What is she talking about?
"Next question" I said through the microphone because I'm not answering nothing like that
I'm confused anyway because that shit never happened. This is why I like for kids to stay at home because I don't play with kids.
I don't play with my own, I'm not playing with nobody else's.
After that question, I ran through each question quick. I'm just ready to go because the questions got crazy.
The only thing I can say is 'next question'. Some type of boundaries need to be set in place.
Once it was over, I stayed for another thirty minutes to take pictures. I made my way to the truck with my team behind me.
