(sorry-)
The last participants started to come in the large hall where you were standing right now.
The only thing that made your nerves tense up was the missing sight of your brother and his friends.Your eyes were watching every door that slides upwards hoping to see your friends. But every time it wasn't them.
A strange feeling started bubbling inside your gut. What if they didn't manage to pass? No. It wasn't possible. Your brother was strong enough to defeat any of his opponents.
But the others? Well you were worried more about them since you clearly knew how good your brother skills were. You looked at the big flame in the center of the silent hall. The sparks mirroring themself in your (E/C) eyes as your eyes squinted softly.
A deep sigh escaped your lips. You ran a hand through your hair as you lowered your head to take a look at how much time was left.
Three minutes left.
Hisoka noticed your behavior. He saw the way your eyes narrowed as you looked down at the watch circling your wrist. He could clearly see that something was in your mind, something torturing your innocent existence.
He slowly moved a hand beside him, snaking his way to caress the soft (S/C) skin of your thigh.
Your breath hitched in your throat as you felt his touch linger on your leg for more time.
You closed your eyes as you leaned the side of your head on Hisoka's shoulder. You squeezed them together so that even the smallest hint of light you could see vanished away.A small presence linger behind your head for a few seconds and without even thinking twice, you rose your hand up and grabbed whatever was there. To your surprise it was Hisoka's hand who was about to stroke softly your (H/L) (H/C) hair.
"Relax darling, i'm sure everyone in here can sense your nervousness from a mile away..." he chuckled as you let go of his wrist and let his hand fall onto your hair. "We wouldn't want those freaks to think you're weak... don't we?~"
"Of course i don't. I'm just worried." you scoffed at his rhetoric question hoping that your tone didn't come out too harsh.
"Worried?" he asked tilting his head on the side while his hand kept moving up and down the side of your head.
"Yeah..." you lifted up your cheek that was previously squished against his shoulder, to look at him. "What if my brother and his friends don't make it?"
He sighed softly, moving his other hand towards your lips so that two of his digits could stroke your bottom lip.
"I believe they can take care of themselves." he says trying to reassure you, though he didn't do much.
"I believe too but maybe this phase was too difficult for them..."
"Do you know what kind of people they fought with before your arrival?~" he asked trailing off with a small chuckle.
You shook your head, though, the side of your lips curved up in a gracious smile.
"No i don't... they never told me what type of adventure they went on... they just told me a few stories...." you say as you felt Hisoka's breath on your cheeks, heating them up.
"Well... then let me tell you that they are more capable than you think, darling. They fought enemies and managed to stand up also when the Phantom troupe tried to take Kurapika's eyes." he explains as your heart dropped the second you remembered how terrible the members of the Phantom troupe are. "And i believe Kurapika's eyes aren't the only ones they want..."
