The Prophecy:

The heroes of past and present must go,

to find  the kidnapped in the land beyond any throne,

The children of the moon will lead the way,

with Light and Dark battling the end of Day,

The team of many shall fight the shadowed hand,

The Camp they call home shall make their final stand,

The Brain and Brawn, The Dark curse to break,

The rule of the Gods decided by their fate.'

Previously...:

Reyna P.O.V:

I had it.

The answer.

We had underestimated a line in the prophecy, it wasn't just one, it was ALL of them, that's what it meant.

I had to get to the others.

I ran to the deck, to find everyone, but instead, I came face to face with a giant face looking at me, two yellow eyes staring at me, fangs glinting, the whole thing attached to a slithering body, gills on its side, and fins running down the length of its green body.

And then it lunged.

Reyna P.O.V:

I pulled out my sword- my bow wouldn't work for close combat- and jabbed the creature's neck, stepping into the manoeuvre to give it more force, but my sword just bounced off its scales harmlessly.

I realised then that I would have to attack it from the inside, and so, as much as I hated it, I ran, as far away as possible from the monster, and on the way I passed the deck entrance, shouting as loud as I could for some backup to the others, and then I had passed the door, and reached the sails of the ship.

I spared a glance at my destination, The crow's nest, and I started to climb, gripping the handholds as I scaled the pole, making it up to to the nest in no time, pulling out my bow and aiming at the creature, who had half its body out of the water, towering above the ship, its fangs bared.

Just as I took aim, Jason, Percy, Frank, Nico and Leo came bursting onto the deck, the girls and the rest of the boys right behind them, younger counterparts watching their older selves as they immersed themselves into battle.

Nico shadow travelled around the monster, taking it by surprise, whilst ever so often, when the monster lunged, Will would whistle near it's ears, temporarily deafening it. Frank turned into a Dragon, Leo on his back, as Jason joined them in the air, shooting fire at the creature, Leo throwing well aimed red hot wrenches at the creature, searing its scales, making it bellow in anger.

I took that as my sign to shoot a volley of arrows into its mouth, seeing a dark liquid emerge from the arrow's entry points, and Annabeth, who was working with Piper on the deck, working at the monster's lower half, looked up at me and realised my plan, shouting at the others 'GET IT TO OPEN ITS MOUTH!' before she ran to the kids and told them something, before running back to the fight, and helping out Hazel, who was using the mist to create duplicates of them all, confusing the monster, who was lunging at the mist duplicates, only to realise they weren't real, and by then, someone had hit it with a well aimed blow, a thin stream of blood trickling out of the wound.

I soon had Thalia by my side, and together we aimed arrows at the creature's eyes, nose, anywhere where there was exposed skin.

I noticed the group of MDs ( Mini Demigods, Leo had insisted that we give them a cool name) had come back, carrying jars full of a green substance: Greek Fire.

Clarisse, who was fighting alongside Chris, Connor and Travis, smiled at the sight, and Annabeth had gotten Jason to carry a stack up to Leo, who was still fighting aboard Frank The Dragon, Everyone taking a jar for themselves, M-Annabeth climbing up to the crow's nest to give us a jar, scaling back down just as quick.

Annabeth looked at me from where I was, and I nodded, an understanding of what came next.

'READY? 1, 2, 3!' Annabeth yelled, and at that moment, Leo threw a hot poker directly at the monster's eye, making it roar in pain, and that was all it took.

A load of jars flew into the air, and into the monster's mouth, whilst Thalia and I dipped a few of our arrows in our jar, and shot the flaming things into the Monster's throat, and then we all braced for impact, as both Percy and M-Percy controlled the water to push down on the creature, so that when the Greek fire exploded in the creature, it did so under the water.

And soon, the rumbles and echoes of an explosion could be heard, the impact of it shaking the ship, massive waves slamming into the side, leaving us trying to stay onboard until the explosions stopped, and the waves returned to normal, as if nothing had happened.

Thalia and I made our way down to the deck, where everyone was gathered, and I walked to the front of the group, getting their attention.

'Well done, everyone, for defeating that monster, ad thanks to the MD's- Yes Leo, I know- for bringing the vials of Greek fire, but I'm not here to just congratulate you all, but to tell you that we have severely underestimated part of the Prophecy.

'The line to find the kidnapped in the land beyond any throne doesn't just refer to Jason's counterpart, but all the Roman demigod's counterparts, meaning Hazel, Frank and mine. They have kidnapped all of them, meaning we have to save not one but 4 lives on our Quest.'

There was a moment of silence as everyone contemplated this, and then the questions came.

'Before you ask any questions, can we go inside, before we get attacked again.'

There was a murmur of agreement, and so we made our way inside, ready to discuss the problem at hand.

Chiron P.O.V:

The curse was spreading to the campers: Almost half of them had it now, the Infirmary was packed full of children, sickly pale, a glowing purple black aura surrounding them.

The fate of these children lies in those demigods hands.

Luke P.O.V:

I watched as the demigods went away into their ship, and smiled: I doubt they would make it out alive from this journey.

The Iris message shut down, and I turned to face the monsters that The Crooked One had amassed, standing on deck, like a battalion of soldiers.

There were Dracaena, Empousai, Cyclops, packs of Cynocephali, Eidolons, Gryphons, Harpies, and Hellhounds, all ready to fight.

I shouted, getting their attention.

'It's time.'
