As the sun was rising to shine over Crescent Island and give it a warm glow that always made the land so cheerful, Milo woke up at six o'clock in the morning.

He stretched his muscles in the air, before getting out of before and gently shaking his twin sisters shoulder to wake her up as well.

"Ughhh! Milo, it's too early to wake up for school!", Shasha groaned in annoyance, "I know, but I want to get some last minute practice on our presentation about dogs and you are my partner for this after all!", he reminded her.

The pink haired girl agreed to this and got out of bed. They both took it in turns to use the bathroom to take a warm shower, before getting dressed into their normal clothes.

Now that they were both ready, they practiced doing their presentation, getting it to perfection, but after about five rehearsals Shasha got bored and sat in front of her twin, letting him doing all the talking, while she allowed her mind to wander.

She hadn't realised that Milo was still practising countless of times, until they heard their uncle's voice from downstream calling them for breakfast.

The twins raced downstairs into the kitchen and sat at the table as their relative served them French toast for their most important meal of the day.

"So, are you both ready to do your presentation in front of the class today?", Leo questioned as he sat next to his niece and nephew with his French toast.

Hearing those words immediately made the dark-haired boy drop his toast as his legs started shaking and he started to panic, hearing faint voices in his head about how much of a failure he'll be.

"I-I-I can't do it!", Milo stuttered as he got up and ran upstairs, leaving the two in shock about what just happened.

"Is Milo going to be ok?", his twin questioned worriedly, "he'll be fine, it's just that presentations cause him to panic a lot. I'll go check on him!", the brunette man reassured her, before getting into his wheelchair and rolling upstairs.

He saw his nephew in the corner of the second floor with his knees up to his chest as he was heavily breathing, so he got out of his chair and sat in front of him.

"Hey champ! Are you ok?", Leo questioned sympathetically, "no, I can barely breathe!", Milo replied as he was hyperventilating.

"Ok, it's just a panic attack!", his uncle spoke calmly, "no, this is scary. What if I fail the presentation? What if everyone laughs at me?", the panicking boy questioned as he was now going out of control.

"No one will laugh at you and you won't fail the presentation. I've been hearing you practice so many times this morning with Shasha, and if anything does go wrong she'll have your back!", the older man enlighten him.

"I can't calm down! I can't calm down!", the dark-haired boy started to panic even more, "that's ok I'll help you. Will do it at the same time!", the brunette man tried to calm him.

"Take a deep breath in and hold, now let it out, and again, deep breath in and hold, now let it out!", Leo continued doing these breathing exercises with his nephew, until his breathing was back to normal.

"Thank you so much for your help uncle Leo!", Milo hugged him in appreciation, "it's what I'm here for buddy!", he replied as he massaged his back.

"Now let's get you a glass of water, and if you want to finish your breakfast that's entirely up to you!", he spoke calmly as he got him a glass of water and he took small sips.

"I'm not really that hungry anymore. I think I'll just goto school and do my presentation with my twin sister!", Milo spoke in a low voice, "ok, but if you panic again just breathe into a paper bag!", the brunette man advised.
