I am still constantly tired and I don't know why anyway I start to get ready as I have work winter has the day off I don't know how I am going to deal with it winter is my safe place but I get on with it but I go do my make up and hair winter is driving me in as we only have the one car at the minute as is was old when I am done I go get a coffee and my lunch I have always hated meal times then me and reece were kids we could not leave the table until every bit of our food was gone both me and reece have a ed now as a resuit I put my lunch in my bag grab my coffee then go to the car where winter is waiting for me he ask if I have my lunch I say yes then we get moving when we get are I go to the office to see Marjorie having I chat with a mia soon she leaves

MARJORIE

i ask how aut is she says the same a always i say ok not to push her but i have a bad feeling about lunch but i push is to the side and start on the paper work while aut does the call then i go to give letter to all the rooms about the upcoming trip we are take to the zoo then comes lunch

here is the time I hate lunch this has always been the most difficult meal of the day and winter has the day off here goes nothing I say but I stop before I can have any every time so I give up on lunch that when Marjorie ask why I am not eating i stay still but then my biggest fear happens I feel tears forming in my eye and I start to shaking my breaths become faster

MARJORIE

I notice autumn not eat I ask why she not eating but she zoneout of two minute before she can say anything her breathing gets faster and she start to shaking then I realise she have a panic attack then reece comes in the office from the sister nursery and he see her and take charge he tells me to call winter I do so and try's to calm his sister down but is only get worst we are try everything we can but is does not help then I see winter park up so I go to infrom him on how it started

WINTER

I knew something was going then I get the call from Marjorie I get in the car and go as fast as I can then I get are Marjorie tells me how it started we get to the office I see reece trying to calm her and I know at this point all I can do is hold her so I go over to her and pick her up as I know she can't tell the who we are I get Marjorie to go get a blanket and lay it out on the floor then I sit on the it and rake her jumper off as she is all wet I tell them at this point all can do ride it out that can take an hour I start to play with her hair as ik that calms her down so does rocking her so do that for an hour she still not out of it I say then I say that reece and Marjorie are worried so am I after 20 more minutes she out out of it she try's to stand but I keep a hold of her stoping her as she disoriented to that she stars to whimper then ever this happens she goes back to like a baby state of mind then I think she aware enough I ask Marjorie to drive us home as after a panic attack autumn always super clingy

MAJORIE

winter ask me to drive them home and I say yes then we get to are house I open the door and winter take aut straight to have a bath and I make them some dinner

WINTER

we get home and I take autumn up straight for a bath then I try to put her down for a minute she start to cry so I grad her again and some how start the bath then I undress her and put her in he bath while I keep one hand on her at all times one I have washed her I dry her then get her in some pjs put her I bed then I get in some joggers then go get a cup of water and I see Marjorie making dinner for us I know I have to get my sweet to eat something today as I don't think eat anything today I ask what she is making marjorie says soup I thank her ask if she want to stay for dinner as I know is going to hard for me get any into my sweet Marjorie says yes so with that I go get my sweet and we all sit to eat and I get a meal replacement drink incase we can't gat the food in her I tell Marjorie in the last week we has been given the new that she has an ed so with that we start a long and hard dinner in the end I thought it has been an hour I can tell she is getting overwhelmed so we make the choice to just do the meal replacement it takes an hour for her to drink it all then she done I say im so proud of you my sweet I book the next few days after that off for me and autumn then we go to bed I get my sweet teeth done in the bed then I do mine and go to sleep
