I have both my blankets, yet my favourite pillow missing
My harbour of safety for my wildest wicked thoughts
A garden in bloom lately for my wildly beating heart
Fingertouchs are left on the surface, like invisible imprints glistening.
And I wish for power and strength into presence
And I wish for emotion in a relieving balance
For it's what I receive in your company so many times over
Baffled somehow how I could ever find this one moonlit clover.
Truths told jokingly at times and still so honestly at others
May this trust never fade away or vanish into doubt
To relieve your heart and tell of what just so gnawingly bothers
As I hope it will always be us thinking out loud.
