lost at sea

unexpected were those waves rising

oh, what a rush it is in this wind

their salty drops now on my cheeks

yet, carrying me back to soft beach shores

such remedy of a stressed heartbeat

haven of heaven, rock in the wild ocean

sudden surge to hold on tight to

this one already so dark greyly grieved

the love and kindness had been long lost

at sea and now returned like

the moonlit firmament, such relief
