*It's the day of the beef between you and ADAM. You spent the day ignoring your phone. Everyone was trying to call and text you to see if you were ready but you chose to ignore your phone because deep down you didn't feel ready. Throughout the night you hardly got any sleep because you were wondering what ADAM would have you do if you lost the race. The thought of possibly having to leave Japan had you scared the most. Leaving behind all your new friends and people you cared about. You thought of not going for a minute but would the repercussions of not showing up be worse than going? You didn't want to find out. When the time came and the sun went down you changed into your costume. You stared at yourself in the mirror one last time as this might be the last time you wore your costume. Cherry: Where's Y/n it's almost time for the race to start
Miya: They wouldn't not show up right
Joe: don't think that way. They will be here
Cherry: What the gorilla said. Y/n will be here I believe they will
*ADAM approaches and the crowd starts going wild*
Reki: oh great Mister High and Mighty himself has shown up
Langa: my ears hurt with everyone screaming
ADAM: Well look who it is. Where's my opponent too scared to show?
Miya: They aren't scared
ADAM: If they aren't scared then where are they
Joe: They will be here any minute trust us
ADAM: Fine I'll wait even if they do show it's not like they will win
Cherry: Watch what you say ADAM you said that about Snow and I'm pretty sure the last you raced he wiped the floor with you
ADAM: You've got guts if you think you can stand up to me Cherry maybe I didn't hit you hard enough last time if the little skater doesn't show I should race you and knock you down again
*Y/n pov*
*As you're skating through the crowd you can hear ADAM threatening Kaoru and something inside you boils. The thought of him getting hurt like that again fills you with anger you haven't felt before and as you skate closer everyone including your friends and soon ADAM looks at you*
Y/n: Sorry ADAM but you won't be knocking anyone down today now back away from them
Shadow: Nice timing kid
Miya: would have been better if they showed up before all that started tho
ADAM: *backs away from Cherry and walls over to you* Arrogant today arent we majesty well this will be a quick and easy race
Y/n: it won't be as easy as you think so don't get ahead of yourself
ADAM: I'll believe it when I see it *he walks over to the starting line*

Reki: that was close. *Hands you your board* I couldn't do much I added wheels that should help you gain speed so all you need to focus on-
Y/n: is getting ahead, staying ahead, and not crashing

Cherry: are you ready for this?
Y/n: as ready as I'll ever be. You all will be down there waiting for me right?
Joe: We will be there ready to see you cross first kid don't worry
