"Do you think it's weird?" Leo asked pensively, his brow furrowed as he stood before the bathroom mirror, the toothbrush in his grasp skillfully brushing his teeth in long, thorough strokes.

I shrugged my shoulders, my gaze fixated on the haphazard pile of clothing strewn across the rumpled bedsheets. "Yeah, kinda," I replied, carefully folding a vibrant red shirt, and gently placing it into my open suitcase.

Today marked the final day of our brief, but indulgent vacation, and before we could cap it off with a grand, celebratory finale, Capricorn had roused us all at the ungodly hour of dawn to ensure we were packed and ready to depart in due time.

"Don't get me wrong..." Leo trailed off, his lips parting as he paused to spit the excess toothpaste into the sink, the frothy white liquid swirling down the drain. "Vir, she's amazing and I love her, but..." He rinsed his toothbrush, the bristles glistening with water, and deftly tapped it against the porcelain to shake off the droplets before neatly storing it away. Grabbing a plush, monogrammed towel, he gently patted his face dry.

"Maybe she's shy," Sagittarius chimed in, offering a possible explanation. He had already completed his packing and was lounging on Leo's bed, his long legs draped over the edge as he casually texted away on his phone.

"V isn't shy," Leo retorted matter-of-factly, stepping out of the bathroom with a resolute stride, his frame filling the doorway. He never got along with timid individuals, his bold, overbearing personality often clashing with theirs.

"I don't know, dude," Sagittarius says resignedly, his voice laced with exhaustion and his normally vibrant eyes now dulled by the apparent toll of his ongoing efforts to make amends with Gemini, following their latest disagreement. A weary sigh escaped his lips as he ran a hand through his disheveled hair, the strands falling back into place with a slight tousle.

Leo scoffed, rolling his eyes dramatically, "Yeah, you're useless," he joked, a mischievous grin spreading across his face as he grabbed his plush, down-filled pillow and playfully swatted Sagittarius with it, the soft fabric fluttering through the air with each swing, urging him to get up and vacate the bed.

Sagittarius groaned as he rose from the bed and Leo quickly claimed his place, sprawling out across the mattress with a satisfied hum. Sagittarius settled on my bed instead, lying down amidst the pile of clothes I had gathered.

I furrowed my brows together as I eyed the intrusion. "Hey, get off," I shout, snatching the pillow from Leo's hand and swinging it at Sagittarius in a gentle, but firm, gesture, the fabric caressing his shoulder as he moved.

"No one gives any good advice here," Leo complained, throwing his head back and groaning dramatically, the tendons in his neck straining with the motion. Suddenly, his expression brightened, and he smiled widely, his teeth gleaming with a hint of mischief. "Except V, she knows everything," he said, his tone laced with a touch of admiration.

"Simp," I muttered, letting out a fake, exaggerated cough that elicited a snicker from Sagittarius, who moved off my clothes and settled on the floor, sitting up against my bed.

Leo's expression darkened, yet a grin spread across his face, his eyes narrowing slightly. "Sorry, of course you don't remember what having a girlfriend's like," he says, his words filled with feigned sympathy.

Leo's words shouldn't have bothered me. I mean he had a tendency to take things to heart, often crossing the line without realizing the impact of his words. It's a flaw I've become accustomed to over the years, but teasing me with my past, complicated relationships stung more than I cared to admit.

"It hasn't been that long," I corrected him, rolling my eyes, and feeling a twinge of annoyance creep up, the muscles in my jaw tightening momentarily. "I'm just not the kind of guy that can jump from girl to girl," I added, my tone slightly defensive.
