Undying Passion : Love's Eternal Return (MilkLove) - Slow Update - Short Chapter

Apocalypse - Year 2080

      

 Year 2080, Not sure of the day anymore, the world is ending, that's what Milk thought to herself. Beside her working in a lab was View and Namtan working hard to make sure the algorithm of their formula is correct.

Milk or known as Milk Pansa, was originally a genius scientist when the world was still alive. She created a formula to cure some of the deadliest diseases and was awarded many awards during her time. Her love life or should we say soulmate, Love Pattranite were always supporting her work and was the one who pushed Milk to be the successful her.Also, Love was also the reason why Milk is still working her ass off in an abandoned apartment stated in the outskirt of Bangkok.

2 years ago, the pandemic happened and people started changing to become zombies and biting people off without any feelings. They will start to become half zombies for quite some time and then fully change, which Milk suspected, they are dead and the virus has already taken over.

During the pandemic, Milk and Love was separated because she was called to see if anything she could help with the issues. That is the worst decision she ever made, to leave Love alone in their loving apartment and got to know the apartment was raided and Love was taken away.She went on searching for Love with no hopes and cried along the process but never once did she give up to find and search for Love. Every day, she searched for items that could be used to make her laboratory so that she could further research the virus. Bit by bit, she managed to have a couple of things she could use. Things from her old apartment and to the new abandoned apartment she found on the outskirts of Bangkok.

She was the only one there and she was lucky, there's electricity that is connected to the main panel but she needs to save it in case it finishes one day.

So what she does, every day, while searching for Love, she gathers as much Generator and Petrol as she can have. That is when she found View, June, Alpha and Earn searching for a place to live and she was happy to meet somebody. The place was scattered with fully transformed Zombies and she was glad she found a real human.

She got to know that View is good with researching and View willing to help Milk with her work. June, Alpha and Earn usually try to make sure the abandoned apartment looks more livable and to make sure it is well blocked from Zombies. They worked hard gathering items that can be used to guard the apartment and they are doing a great job.

One year has passed, and Love was nowhere to be seen. Milk wanted to give up but she knew Love was somewhere and she would find her no matter what. During her outing time trying to find medicine and food, she met with Namtan and Emi who were fighting zombies off and came to help. Then she met with Film and Bonnie who happened to gather lots of medicine and food supplies that can last almost 3-4 months.

She invited all of them to stay together and all of them agreed to have more people that can talk. During her drive back to the apartment, that's when she saw the face she knew by a heartbeat.

Her soulmate......... her Love. Her everything! But her tears dropped the moment she saw her. Love was infected and she is half Zombie.

"Love......." That's what the only thing she can speak off.

"Is that your girl Milk? " Namtan asked and Milk nod while crying. She do not know what to do, she wants Love to come back and keep her while she figure out the formula but she got real humans and do not want to scare them.

"Let's go and take her and keep her safe, you told us you were researching a formula right? We can try until we succeed" Emi said without even thinking twice and Milk was surprised. She did not expect such a word from a stranger.

"You are not afraid?" Milk asked again while already parked on the side road. She is lucky she drove a small bus that can fit a couple of people in.

"Why should we? They are still half humans!" Both Film and Bonnie said the same thing at the same time. Milk felt like she found the right people.

Emi and Namtan help Milk to catch Love and to make sure she doesn't bite but it is very weird to Milk, usually a half-zombie can be quite aggressive but the moment her eyes meet Love, she can still feel Love is there. Love was not as aggressive, she was a little to Emi and Namtan but when she saw Milk, she seemed to calm down a little and to be safe, Milk tied her hands and brought her into the small bus.

"Film, can you drive the bus?" Milk asked and Film nodded.

"Film, please make sure you spare all our lives okay?" Namtan said to cheer everybody up. The situation is a bit serious the moment Love is on the bus. Everyone smiled while Film lightly hit Namtan's shoulder before kissing her cheeks and starting to drive the bus.

Meanwhile, Milk is sitting at the end of the bus looking at her beautiful girl, Love."Hey Love, where have you been? It's been a year and it must be terrifying for you to live alone without me?" Milk said while her tears flowed down her cheeks. Milk saw that Love just looked at her but she just couldn't respond.

"That's okay, I promised you that I will find the cure. We will be together for sure! I promise you this okay?" She tried to touch Love's cheeks but she became aggressive and tried to bite Milk. Milk quickly took her hand away. She knows that the virus has a cure but she needs a correct algorithm to formulate the antidote. She has been failing but she will try all her might to bring her soulmate back to life.
