Wake Up! Part 2

Love PoV

It felt so refreshing after Bonnie's hot shower. I learned that Milk herself collected all these Generators and Petrol as much as she could so that all of them would have power and at least it would be a little livable if they needed to cook something or for her lab.

After I came out of the shower and was ready to meet Milk, I saw Film and Ciize taking care of her by wiping her body slowly and changing her clothes. I wanted to feel jealous, but I knew they were doing it to help her, and I smiled at myself.

"Ah, you're back. Come and care for your loved ones. Have you eaten?" Film asked, and I nodded, smiling.

"Hi Milk, I'm back ... thank you for the cure, but I want you to wake up too, okay?" I speak slowly to Milk's ear while smiling. I miss talking to her.

"You know, Milk told us that she had been searching for you for so long, but she kept on finding other people and taking us in. She always said she was a failure because she couldn't find you even though you were near this abandoned apartment. She might be strong and all smiley, but at night, sometimes I can hear her cry, wanting you back. She said she would rather die than not find you. She's a strong person, and I know she will wake up because she only misses you." Ciize said, smiling.

"I missed her too. When I was half-zombie, I saw all of you, but I cannot say anything. The virus is blocking my speech, so I can talk gibberish, but I've been trying to tell Milk how much I missed her... I can now take care of her until she wakes up... Thank you all for caring for us while we still sleep..." They are like one whole family, and I would love to be in this family.

"Okay then, we will leave her with you... make sure she wakes up okay! I'll check on View and Namtan; they are replicating the antidote, and some of us already took it, and there are no side effects; she's good, excellent..." Film said, smiling and walking away, leaving me with Milk.The moment I was alone with Milk, I saw how peaceful she was sleeping. They said she doesn't get any seizures anymore, but sometimes her body temperature goes up and sometimes goes down, but it is getting stable.

"Hi Milk, I'm here, please wake up... We have a lot to catch up on. I miss you, baby..." I hold her hand and look at the arm where I bit her. It is getting better; her wounds are healing, which means her body is fighting the virus. I know how painful it is to fight it.

"You can do it... I know you can... Please come back to me...."Slowly kissing her cheeks, my tears drop a little, and I miss her so much...

It has been four days since I took care of Milk, and everyone is now worried about her. But I know she will wake up one day. She's my strong Milk, my Thii rak.. I know she will come back to me.

During my time there, I walked everywhere around the apartment and saw that Emi led a couple of teams in defending it. I saw once that a zombie tried to break in, and she was so strong defending the barricade. No wonder Bonnie was head over heels for her.

Ciize, June, Film, Bonnie, and now Tu and Ford will make sure the food and water are clean. They sometimes go out to find medicine and supplies. The bus Milk had with her was a good means of transportation to get lots of things. Emi rebuilt it stronger to make sure it could hit any zombies.

Since they took the antidote, it is very dangerous for them to go outside because it attracts the zombies, but they are good enough to escape them. I also took the antidote given by Namtan two days ago just to be safe.

Every day, all I do is sit beside Milk to make sure she is clean and to make sure I am there if she has any seizures. Namtan and View will visit sometimes, but they are also eagerly waiting for Milk to wake up. Based on their checks, Milk seems fine and just needs rest before waking up. They hope what they said is correct.

"Hey, Milk, how long are you going to sleep? Can't you see I am bored without your antics? With whom do I want to fight? Wake up, please, baby?....... " I was joking beside her when suddenly her fingers started to move slowly. I thought she was going to have another round of seizures, and I was ready to make sure she was okay.

Slowly her body started to move a little and to my surprised, she opened her beautiful eyes looking direct to me. My tears quickly ran down my cheeks when I saw her smiling tiredly at me.

"Milk... baby......." That's all I can say because my tears dropped heavily now.

"Love....... This rakk....... you're back... My baby is back....." And I know she is still recovering but the first thing I did was to kiss her softly.

She returned my kiss and I was in heaven! I missed her so much and we have been through so much just to get to this point.

I should tell everyone about her waking up but I want Milk for myself for now. I want to talk to her, cuddling with her. I want her first before everyone else.

I know I am selfish, but let me just have my Milk first, okay?

"I love you.... Milk..." That's all I said and we shared a second kiss, a deep kiss yearn for each other. We smiled between our kisses and to be honest, I can never get enough............
