Luna Dunbar is Liam Dunbar's older sister.
When she came out as transgender, her mother and stepfather did everything to make sure she felt comfortable, including a psychiatrist that specialized in transgender teens and body dysphoria and helping her get hormones. Liam was her #1 supporter and was the person who helped her pick her name, Luna Rose Dunbar and was the first to call her by her nickname 'LuLu'.
Luna is generally a very sweet and kind young lady, and a kind soul.
