"Oh... this orchard..."

"Hello! Baby Cale, it's been a while!" Soohyuk welcomed him with a smile on his face. Cale could still remember this alpha's angry expression ten years ago. After venting his frustrations, Soohyuk left him and Alver alone. When Soohyuk stormed out, Alver maintained a serious expression. That is an expression that anyone would wear. Especially since this Alpha did not bother looking at or contacting Alver before leaving. Soohyuk had never been seen approaching Alver.

"Um..." Cale fidgeted, "from before..."

Soohyuk smiled his signature, whatever it was, nothing wrong smile, "Do not sweat it. It is already in the past. Both of you are preparing for your wedding, right? You can use the orchard; it is a decent garden perfect for a garden wedding."

Cale stared at him for a while before smiling brightly and discussing the setup.

Roksu stepped away from Cale briefly to take a phone call. Soohyuk gives him some fruit juice before he lets out a sigh.

"It is great that you are back," Soohyuk said.

Cale waited for him to finish his sentence.

"Roksu went into depression and became ill, and it appears that your imprint was strong enough to do that to him," Soohyuk explained. "There has never been a day that Roksu's heart was not broken. From the moment he was born, to losing his family, living like crap, and working so hard for it. I knew I had no choice but to accept the fact you made him see what is good in life."

Cale did not dare to say anything. He, too, had never had a day when his heart was not torn. He had been missing Roksu for years and had nearly gone insane.

Both are madly and insanely in love.

Falling in love made them crazy.

"That is why...thank you."

Cale looked at him. Soohyuk should have asked him for an apology, but instead, he expressed gratitude.

"Thanks for getting back to him."

Soohyuk may have been a sadistic, cunning bastard in the past, but he is now someone who cares about his people. He treats Roksu and Jungsoo as if they were family and feels sorry for them.

"What about you?" Cale inquired.

"Me?"

"It was just a passing love," Soohyuk replied. "Alpha's couldn't be each other's fated pair."

Right, Alver Crossman is an Alpha. But... why would an Alpha keep another Alpha's shirt?

Cale tilted his head adorably. It was enough for Soohyuk to notice that there was something on his mind.

"Is he doing well?"

"I don't know." Cale smiled, "You'll know at the wedding—whether he's doing fine or not."

After discussing the use of Soohyuk's orchard, of course, a wedding could not proceed without food!

Cale and Roksu went to the diner and encountered two vicious old men.

The ever-smiling and benign Ron, as well as the serious DILF chef Vicross.

"Hello," Cale said shyly to the father and son who were setting up their dinner. It is no longer just a diner; it is now a full-fledged restaurant.

Cale was embarrassed at first because these two stepped up as Roksu's guardians when Deruth came here and did that clinch leave-my-son-alone-here's-money crap.
