Tokyo is the administrative, cultural, financial, commercial, and educational centre of Japan and the focus of an extensive urban complex that includes Kawasaki and Yokohama. Attractions include the Imperial Palace, encircled by stone-walled moats and broad gardens, and numerous temples and shrines.
In comparison to its counterpart which is Kyoto, who mainly focuses on the traditional structures of Japan and culture, Tokyo became one of the world's most active major cities, boasting attractions such as cutting-edge technology, information, culture, and fashion, as well as a high level of public safety.
In fact due to Japan's technology and its user's being really brave and strong in during the catastrophe, Japan is then one of the country's who managed to retain all 100% of their land and managed to seal off its coast before any foreign chaos being could invade. Alongside JSDF, the chaos breaker organization Japan, is one of the leading top forces behind America and Germany.
However at this very moment as if destroying their peace, one building after another fell, as an invader managed to bypass their security and had begun its own path of destruction. For people of Japan who became complacent due to peace in their country, such an attack brought panic to the masses, as they even know what to do in such situation. Because of that, there were quite a lot of casualties on their side, due to the JSDF and the organization late response due to human traffic blocking their path.
The one that attack ked them was none other than Sies, a punk looking dude who wore black leather clothes in broad daylight. Using his fist, he then destroyed one structure after another while also killing anyone who comes near his radius.
When he is under attacked by ranged weapons, he then in turn use anything he could get ahold off and rampage with the said weapon, he's literally a beast by just how unstoppable he is,much more to the way he fights.
"彼はここにいます！！！あらゆる方向から彼を攻撃する"
(He's here!!! attack him from all directions)
"彼を通過させないでください！死ねよ侵略者！！！"
(Do not ket him pass through! Die you invader)
"あなたは私のチームメイトを殺しました、私はあなたが死ぬまで休めません！"
(You killed my teammates, i will not rest until you die!)
As the JSDF and the organization's forces begun attacking Sies in all direction, the person himself then simply groaned as he uttered one word before continuing his spree.
"I can't understand any word you worm say"
After stating that, he then quickly pulled the iron pipe from the ground d beside his feet, as he coated the pipe with his own mana and begun fighting the attackers by taking them down one by one. Unknown to JSDF and the organization's forces, they were slowly being pushed back, as Sies gets closer to their base.
"Get out of my way you insects!!!"
Slamming the iron pipe unto the ground, Sies then split the earth into half, as he killed some of the user's and military forces, while at the same time summoning a forced wave of a chaos beast. With that, in didn't take long till Tokyo was drenched from the fire of the battle.

Quezon City also known as the City of Quezon and Q.C. (read and pronounced in Filipino as Kyusi), is the most populous city in the Philippines.
The city was intended to be the national capital of the Philippines that would replace Manila, as the latter was suffering from overcrowding, lack of housing, poor sanitation, and traffic congestion. To create Quezon City, several barrios were carved out from the towns of Caloocan, Marikina, San Juan and Pasig, in addition to the eight vast estates the Philippine government purchased for this purpose.
It was officially proclaimed the national capital on October 12, 1949, and several government departments and institutions moved out of Manila and settled into the new capital city. This necessitated the expansion of the city northward, carving out Novaliches from Caloocan which divided it into two non-contiguous parts. Several barrios were also taken from San Mateo and parts of Montalban.
Quezon City is known for its culture, entertainment industry and media, and is aptly called the "City of Stars". Major broadcasting networks have their headquarters and studios in the city. It is also known for its commerce, education, research, technology, politics, tourism, art and sports. Several national government branches including the Batasang Pambansa Complex, the seat of House of Representatives of the Philippines, calls the city home.
At this very moment the glorious city is now being under threat of being destroyed as an invader from the outside had attacked the newly established malacañang of the Philippines in quezon. Due to its sudden appearance, the attack was quite unexpected as it decimated a huge number of forces within the malacañang and killed a lot of government officials.
They were attacked by Cinco, a woman who is quite tall and fashionable as it walked inside the malacañang building in her high heels, tight jeans, blue blouse, and a long fur coat.
Of course during her attack, various military asset and police force tried to stop her attacks, only to end up killed and bisected due to her attacks. Surprisingly her attacks consist of her legs itself. When in combat she would use her mana to create a type of armor to cover her whole legs, which literally boost her speed, strength, and even lethality. Using such strait, she barged into malacañang and begun her slaughter.
Of course during her course some Filipino users tried to intercept her path, only to get killed and incapacitated by her attacks, their main goal is to rescue the president and the ither government officials from the enemy herself.
Philippines isn't that strong country to begin with, the order and safety of the country solely lies on its government, so if per chance that the government was fully destroyed, many corrupted people could take advantage of it and cause the country to further plunged into disarray. No matter what they can't let their country fall. So even if they have to sacrifice themselves, the literally need to get the president and his whole entorouge to get out of there.
"Mister president! Wag ka mag alala, ilalabas ka namin dito, magtiwala ka lang sa amin"
(Mister president! Dont worry we'll get you put of here, just trust us)
"Kahit anong mangyari! Hindi ka pwede mama tayo sir president"
(No matter what! You can't die sir president)
"Nakasalalay sayo ang ayos ng Bansa sir president"
(The whole country's order depends on you sir president)
Among the people who is assigned to save the president and his whole entourage was Anthony Rodriguez himself, the user that Kanzaki had med and fought together in the operation of San Miguel. The reason why he was assigned in this group was all because of his chaos ability, with his ability to take hits while able to counter back, was good enough to allow him to be assigned in such important position.
In this moment unknown to Kanzaki, Anthony had faced his worst enemy, as Cinco literally stepped out of the path in front of them, as blood dripped along her legs and murderous gaze directed at the group. Based on the situation given, it seems Like she was able to predict the escape route of the presidents group, and had intercepted their path.
Since it comes to this, Anthony has no choice but to risk his life in order to assure the government of the Philippines would still stand.
