Truth, dare, spin bottles

Eliot McAddams is a soccer player.

He remembers being eight and his uncle getting him a soccer ball for his birthday. He remembers his entire family arguing over what he was going to become later in life. His mother and father were adamant on the fact that he would become a model like the two of them. His maternal aunt thought he'd use that height to become the best player in the WNBA. His paternal uncle, just said "fuck if I care," and gave him the football. It has been used and was slightly deflated, but Eliot just grinned and rand outside.

It took his parents three years for them to buy him a new ball. He spent all of his free time with the ball outside. He even chose to join the under 12s soccer team during his middle school years.

Eliot McAddams was 14 when he realised he wasn't like the other girls in his AP classes. He was shorts and T-shirts whilst they wore dresses and cropped tops. He would get moody every time someone called him with the title 'miss' and would sometimes even flinch when they referred to him as a girl.

He hated his chest, his dresses fit on him, so he cried to his parents. They held him and questioned him gently. They helped him realise that maybe he wasn't a girl. That he was a boy trapped in the body of a girl. The support from home was probably what stopped Eliot from a complete mental breakdown.

Eliot McAddams was 21 when he discovered Taylor Swift's Music. Coincidentally, it was also the same day he had been accepted to play for the Kansas City Current. He was overly excited on his drive back from the stadium. Sure, he wasn't playing for a male team, and it slightly worsened his dysphoria, but after 6 years of training with professionals and not being accepted to play professionally, he was too excited to let that get him down.

After 6 years of being either too masculine for the women or too feminine for the men, he was finally about to go pro.

And nine years later, he still associated the 1989 album, and Taylor Swift, with the happiest day of his career. Maybe even his life. He was 25 when became the most prolific transgender athlete in United States History. His family couldn't have been prouder.

By the fifth year of his career, many men's soccer teams had been querying about buying him for their own team, but they were the ones that had already rejected him. He told the manager that he would prefer to stay with the only people that believed in him and they respected that and let him stay.

Despite the backlash the team got, they were still on top of the world.

You know how to ball, I know Aristotle

Now, in 2023, after the release of Midnights, Eliot was going to the eras tour and he was going to try to get a date with his long term crush.

Was he crazy? Definitely.

DISCLAIMER! This story will basically follow the Tayvis timeline, but with less Travis (less meaning none) it's a love story about Taylor Swift and a soccer player. Some warnings, Transphobia, my limited knowledge on football. Also, I'm British so I may slip up and call it football sometimes.

additionally, I know nothing about Kansas City Current just what I researched before writing this so most likely will make up players. Hope that's okay...

I hope you enjoy!!!
