part 08 The money heist

The girl continued moving.
She got to a window and placed down a little device in the corner of the window which seemed to clamp to the glass. She then continued moving keeping herself low. The girl eventually got to the dining room and her logic was the kitchen would be in the next room over. However before she could do there, the door opened, so she dived under the long table silently, so the guard didn't notice. He turned the light on and started cleaning up the plates on the table, the girl knew he would be a long time because there were a lot of plates, and he would be going to the kitchen, she didn't have time to waste. Luckily, she had an idea, she removed a small remote from her pocket clicking it, a moment later a loud smashing sound came from a few rooms away. The guard immediately grabbed his pistol running out the room in the direction of the sound. The girl smiled "I really like that weird little spy thing, thanks Amazon" the guard got to the window seeing it had completely shattered from the device which was so small he didn't see it and all the guards assumed someone had broken in, and because the window was next to the stairs they all charged upstairs or looked in rooms around the window. In the mind of the girl that gave her some time but not a lot. She went into the kitchen closing the door and locking it from the inside, so even if the guards came to the door it would take a little longer for them to get inside. She started opening every door of the cupboards finally finding one with a lock "idiots, locks don't work on me" she got out 2 spanners placing them against the lock, she began to push them against each other until the lock snapped. The girl smiled putting her tools away. She opened the cupboard seeing the steel vault inside halfway into the ground because of the size.
However, the vault had a code.
The girl took out a torch shining it on the buttons from different angles seeing the which buttons had been worn down the most. She spent a few minutes typing in the buttons in different orders until finally she heard the beeping sound of the safe opening "hell yeah" she pulled the lever and lifted the lid open, her eyes opened winder as she saw more money than she had ever seen in her life in one place. It strangely seemed to glow like an item in a video game "look at these goodies" she grabbed a rubbish bag from her pocket beginning to fill it with money until it was empty. She stood up noticing how heavy the bag was, almost fell back down from the weight so adjusted it on her shoulder. She was about to leave, she noticed a wooden box full of cigars, so took them. Furthermore, she made sure the bag was secure and tied up properly. The girl closed the vault and closed the cupboard door, both with her foot. The girl went through a door on the opposite side than she had entered through,
She started going through the house.
Holding herself low as she went. The further she went through the house the more the hope built inside her until she saw the window she entered through and that was when it shattered. The man she had knocked out to get inside, was slowly standing up shaking his head. He turned to her, and they made eye contact for a second while the girl she was screwed. The man started blowing a whistle calling all the men towards them, the girl needed a plan quickly. She immediately ducked around a corner as the man fired at her almost hitting her. The girl really didn't know what to do in that situation. Luckily God decided to smile down on her for whatever reason. Just as 4 guards came into the corridor the man was firing in, the man was shot in the back, the 4 guards turned to him and assumed he was ringing the bell because there was someone at the gate and was shooting at them, they ran to the window seeing Salvador's cars arriving immediately shooting. The girl peaked round the corner as the guards jumped through the window shooting having no idea she was there. She smiled going down the corridor she had hidden behind going towards the window she had smashed.
When she arrived at the window.
She threw the bag through the window, and was about to climb through when she noticed a bottle of brandy "oh look a little treat" she grabbed it putting it in her pocket then jumped through the window she grabbed the bag and leaped over the wall while the gun fight took place out the front of the house giving her the perfect distraction. Meanwhile, the guards were all being killed as Salvador got out his car. Some guards retreated into the kitchen hoping they were able to find the money and escape with it. However, to their shock, the money was of course gone. The security looked horrified "oh my God!" suddenly before they could do anything else the front doors were blasted apart as the men with machine guns entered. That was the moment the guards realized they were fighting for nothing, so as the men yelled for them to "lower your guns now, on the ground now!" they continue raising their arms and getting on their knees, the simple truth to them was if the vault was empty the gang had no money to pay them with, so they weren't going to fight for nothing, loyalty was very costly in the world of crime. Salvador entered the room with his hands to his blazer scanning the room hearing the snapping and crackle of the glass under his feet "where is the safe?" he simply asked "you're too late, it's empty!" said one of the guards closest to the cupboard door. He went to it opening it seeing it was indeed completely empty "where is the money?" "We don't know, we believe one of our guards was attempting to shoot the person before you arrived, you shot them, so we assumed he was shooting at you, the person probably got away in the chaos" he smiled "right, you should be very embarrassed" they all frowned "embarrassed?" "Yes, if I am right, you were just robbed by a twelve-year-old girl and I didn't even ask her to do it, we haven't even met each other, I have no idea why she would do this and how she would do this, and you honestly believe you could take over after you killed me, you are useless and pathetic, you couldn't even stop a twelve-year-old girl... This actually makes both of us look useless, you have been made useless because a gang has been robbed by a child, and makes me look useless because she managed to outsmart and do what my men couldn't do in barely any time... that is very impressive, and I can not wait to meet the young girl"
Salvador inspected the vault.
He picked up the lock seeing how she snapped it "Jesus, this is extreme, she broke the lock and saw the code by the worn down numbers... smart kid" he stood up "okay, find her, quickly... but don't kill her, I want to talk to her, she is... something new, and we want her on our side" Salvador turned to the others "right... now I hope you understand that we both look bad right now, we were both played by the same girl, and you realize that information can't leave this house, I am not going to tell anyone, but you might, I trust me a lot more than I trust you" he began to leave the room telling his men "kill them, burn the house" they stepped forward raising their guns and beginning to kill the entire gang, they then began to spread around petrol to burn the house down and destroy the gang forever. While others began to go through the city looking for the girl to bring to Salvador. Salvador got in his car removing his phone calling Doug "it's done kill the eldest, he is no longer required" Doug didn't speak a lot, all Salvador heard down the phone was a terrified screaming as he died then the phone hung up. Salvador nodded to his driver indicating for him to take him home which was exactly where the girl had just arrived. She started avoiding all the guards eventually getting to his office with a plan in mind which she really hoped was going to work in her favour. She opened the rubbish bag and started counting out the money constantly looking at the door hoping guards wouldn't enter and find her because she hadn't planned for that, however she wanted Salvador to enter.
