Estella left the room.
She went to the enormous underground garage looking at all the cars until she found her bike which was a Harley-Davidson motorbike in her favourite shade of red and black. She ran her hand down the seat feeling a strange fizz through her entire body like electric was shooting through her veins "this is my kind of ride" she noticed a helmet on the seat so proceeded to throw it away not thinking she would need it, if she got into an accident it would be her own fault she would accept the consequences. She sat on it starting the roaring engine hearing it echo around the entire garage, she wouldn't be surprised if car alarms started sounding. Estella began to speed away towards the site the loud engine ringing through her ears as the wind rushed through her hair.
She arrived at the site.
The men turned to her as she arrived, she leaned to the side slightly putting down the kickstand she decided to keep the engine running enjoying the humming sound it made. Estella got off her bike and went to the men cracking her fingers which she did a lot, she did it without thinking it was just one of her many habits. She stood for a second then said "are you going to talk or am I? I've never done a gun deal before and judging from the fact you're looking at me like I just shot your dog and claimed it was a wear wolf that would imply you haven't done one either, but that can't be right. One of us must know what the hell we're doing" the men looked at each other than one of the men pulled a gun on her "who the hell do you think you are?" "I'm Estella, I'm here to pick up the guns for Salvador, I thought that would be pretty obvious" they looked confused "you look kind of young to be working for Salvador" she shrugged "yeah, what's your point?" the other man asked "are you wearing a wire?" Estella giggled "I'm 1 12-year-old, if the police were to send someone to spy on you why would they send a child? The police aren't that stupid, come on you have to use your brains a little bit here" they looked at each other than back at her/ One of them shook his head "no, we are not selling to some stupid kid" Estella stepped forward "listen, this is what is going to happen, Salvador has given me strict orders to get these guns back, he has also given me orders to kick your arse, so you can either give me your guns and take the money, or this can go a completely different way, you're choice because I really don't mind" the men didn't move "where is the truck?" she asked simply, and they finally took her over to where they had hidden the truck. She went inside inspecting the guns to make sure they were of the best quality and that they were all there, when she was satisfied she got her bike driving it into the back. The men having already been paid for the guns just had to watch as she climbed out the back of the truck, then got in the front driving it away leaving them looking pissed that they had been outsmarted by a child, and she really loved that feeling more than anything.
Estella arrived back at the base.
She delivered the guns and watched while they were being sorted. She was about to leave the area when she noticed a shooting area with newly placed targets. She grabbed her revolvers shooting and hitting the targets perfectly every time being reminded of when she went to the shooting gallery with her grandfather every Friday. Estella spun the guns back into the harness smiling "still got it" Estella heard walking behind her, she turned to see Salvador walking to her looking very impressed "wow, that was very impressive. How can you shoot so well? Who taught you?" "Well, when I get bored I shoot things" "what kind of things do you shoot?" she smiled "oh you know men, women, animals, cars, street lights, grenades" he frowned "grenades?" she nodded "yeah grenades, if you've never shot a grenade before you've never lived mate" "how did you learn to shoot?" "My grandfather would take me to a shooting range every Friday, so I started shooting getting very good" "I assume that's your actual grandfather from your real family. Is he still alive?" Estella paused then shrugged "I don't know, I really hope so, when I left he was still alive, but that was a while ago, and when he does die I have no way of knowing because I have no idea where my family are" "how accurate are you?" she reached into her pocket pulling out a penny and flipped it into the air watching it spin upwards. She raised her gun shooting a perfect hole through it. Salvador picked it up "wow, that is amazing" Estella nodded "obviously, in this game you need to be good at shooting"
Salvador picked up the penny.
He held it in his hand turning it over and over smiling at her "you still have a lot to learn about this game" she frowned "like what? What more could I possibly learn? I already know everything I could possibly learn" Salvador stepped forward explaining "in this game there are 5 rules which have been taught to everyone in this place" "what rules?" "Number one, death will always be my alley and friend, and it should be your friend as well, if you are smart enough you can use your friend against your enemies, if you are not smart enough your friend will become your enemy. Rule two; while you are here you will one day die, the days when you are here and alive have meaning, the only way you can escape is by dying. Rule three; in life and especially in this life you have to decide if what you are living for is worth dying for, if not then change what you are doing. Lesson 4; some people die in honour and peace if you're not living your purpose you will die in terror, so live your life knowing that you can die any day with no way of stopping it. Finally, lesson 5; the biggest fear of anyone in this world is mortality, if you conquer that fear, if you feel it and say it, I am prepared to die, this fear will go away in time, and then you will be unstoppable" Estella paused for a second then said "I feel like you could put them all together into just the one rule, all those rules are kind of the same thing you could just put them into a general rule that covers everything, but you know that's just me. However, I do get your point and I kind of life my life that way anyway, I have no fear and mortality doesn't scare me it fuels me, I am fully aware that one day I am going to die, and I accept that. My grandfather always used to tell me that nothing makes you feel more alive than knowing you might die any second, it gives you abilities and a mind set you never knew you had" Salvador nodded "well good, okay you're done for today, you can go to your room and finally rest. A meal has been prepared for you, you can go to sleep whenever you want, it is now your free time to do as you wish" she nodded "thanks Salvador" she went upstairs. Salvador looked back at the coin still looking shocked "wow, she is... something else, she will be the perfect weapon to take over if I were to die, she will be perfect" he slipped the coin into his pocket going upstairs to his office deciding to keep the coin.
Estella went upstairs slowly.
She was completely exhausted feeling like her legs were both a ton each. She opened her door closing it behind her, she put her guns in their stands then went over to the table seeing the fresh meal of pasta cheese and hot dogs. She sat down turning on the TV and eating her food happily. Tif then had an idea, she went to the bedroom grabbing something very important out her bag, she plugged in some headphones closing her eyes and listening to some music. She really hated to admit it, but she was like a normal child in some ways like the fact that she liked cartoons her favourite being The Amazing World Of Gumball, however the problem was she had a very short attention span getting more bored really quickly so used the music to help her focus more.
About an hour later.
Estella was still eating and watching cartoons happily. She suddenly got a knock at the door, she put the plate down in front of her then walked over to the door opening it. It was Quinn, Estella nodded to her in greeting removing a napkin from her pocket wiping her mouth to not look bad in front of her guest just because she was insane didn't mean she couldn't be inviting sometimes. Estella stepped back "hey Quinn, what's up?" Estella went over to the sofa excited to see her only true friend in the base which made her really happy, she realized that she was the only friend she had ever had that wasn't in her family and who she hadn't killed, everyone else was always scared of her because of the fact she had killed one of her friends and hoped she wouldn't have to do the same thing again.
