Being a F1 racer for years and with a personality like Lando Norris has people get interested and put him under the spotlight. After the end of his last relationship, he has been with other people, but nothing serious, even though he wanted that, he tried to get to known them and maybe try to build something, but there wasn't a real connection with them, he's young he had his fun but it got boring with time, most times people want him for money or fame, now he wants someone that cares about him for who he is, not what people want him to be. The fact that almost all his friends have partners also doesn't help. Dating and driving for F1 is something hard to balance, no one wants to expose their partner to the hate that some "fans" throw, and F1 requires to fly around the world most time of the year, you spend so much time away from home but don't want to ask your partner to go with you to every race and affect their lives. Is Lando ready for a new relationship? Would he be able to balance love and work?
On the other hand, Sophie was looking to leave her home country and start a new life. Don't get it wrong, she loves her country, but she didn't have much for her there after her mother sadly passed away on her 22nd birthday, so she decided to leave everything else behind. Her past was not the greatest, raised alone by a mother with health problems and a family that didn't care much about them, only her aunt help them out but she worked overseas so they were alone most of the times, she had no friends around for being busy having to take care of her mom so she started streaming. A new world where she could be whoever she wanted. She decided to stream in English to live a different life than her own, split her life from the life she wanted, so she found people from other places, that's how she met her best friend. She moved to the UK, Surrey, to start her new life, but destiny had way more than that prepared for her.

Just so you have an idea, I feel like Sophie has this type of vibes. She's latina, has brownish skin, she's short, brunette curly hair, she's a curvy girl with a tummy, she has tattoos and many hobbies. She gives off "black cat energy" but she's not really, once you get to know her she gets shy easily, acts like a child when she gets excited or happy, loves to play games, animals, karaoke and to cook or bake for her loved ones. She's just a normal girl, except she's gonna date Lando Norris. Lucky bish haha.
About the story:
This story is going to follow the 2024 calendar, just the dates and drivers on the grid. The results are going to be fictional. There is going to be smut, but I'll put a warning before it happens in case you don't want to read that. There might also be other triggering issues, I'll also put a warning on that. There will be some (only a few) Latin America/Argentinian references if you don't understand them, don't be afraid to ask, I'll try to answer.
