It was a nice Tuesday in Woking. Lando was drinking a coffee from the MTC cafeteria, while waiting for his break to end. After Bahrain, the team came back to the McLaren Technology Centre to debrief about the car, the strategy, how they executed everything they had planned and the weekend in general. It was an okay race, he got p8 and Oscar p10, they got some points but he knew they could do better. It was the first race of the season so he has to get comfortable with the car and everything. But now, they're getting ready for Jeddah. Once he was done with work and meetings, he was free to go. On his way out he sees Oscar leaving too.
"Mate! You are done working?" He asked his teammate.
"Yeah, I'm heading to my hotel, you?"
"Oh, I'm staying with Max at ours, there's another room if you want it, we are leaving for Jeddah tomorrow anyways." He invited him.
"I appreciate it but it's okay, the team already got me a room so i'll just stay there plus my girlfriend is waiting for me." He pointed to the big entrance of the building and Lily, his girlfriend, was on the other side waving at them, Lando waved back at her and his teammate said goodbye to him.
"See you tomorrow, most of the team are flying together."
He said and watched his teammate leaving the building while holding his girlfriend's hand. He would like to say 'ew' or something like it, but he wants to be like that with someone too.

Lando is going to stay with Max for tonight, tomorrow night he'll be flying for the second GP of the season, the Saudi Arabia GP. It would be stupid to fly back home to Monaco and then Jeddah. When he got to his place, he could hear Max talking to his chat from his room, so he decided to just text him.

After a quick shower while waiting for his food, he walked to the bathroom and laid on the bed. He really likes this house, he and Max shared the rent on it since if he's not in Monaco, he's here in Surrey, and it's easier to have a comfortable place to stay with his friend then having to look for a hotel, or go to his parents every time he comes to the UK. Three rooms, kitchen, main bathroom and individual bathrooms in Max and his room, plus a little backyard, nothing too special or fancy, they are just simple mates and they like it that way. Only their rooms look fancy because it's the background of their streams.
While relaxing on the bed, he went on social media for a little while, liked and responded to some fans and stuff like that. When he opened twitter, he saw Ria's last tweet, it was a response to Sophie's tweet.
