"I love the Quadrant pictures, by the way."
"Aw, thanks Isaac, okay now, which ones should I choose? I need to pick 8 pics."
"Let me see."
Sophie and Isaac had been at her apartment all morning, both of them working. He was working on thing for the cafe while she was working on the last few details for her merch drop. She had more than a week until she announced it, but after checking her calendar she realized the announcement is happening when she'll be in Miami, for the GP, with Lando, so she needs to get everything ready now so she can announce it from there.
"So when do you leave?"
"Hmm, Wednesday, I'm not sure yet."
"What do you mean?"
"I haven't been talking to Lando."
"What? Why? What did he do?" He dramatically asked and left all the paperwork he was checking on the table.
"Nothing, really. I'm sure he's just busy." She shrunk her shoulders.
"You don't sound so sure. Do you want to talk about this?"
"I'm okay."
"Okay, but you know you can tell me anything." He grabbed her hand and she signed.
"I'm fucking loosing it. Why is he not texting me back? Last time was a few days ago and he said 'we fly May 1, I'm quite busy, I'll text you later' and he never did. I'm not going to be annoying and text him again but if you invite me on a trip you should at least text me details no? And also, we go on one date and a few days later not text back? I thought the date went well, it didn't? Why didn't he tell me it didn't? We can be friends we don't need to date, but it looks like he doesn't f-" she got interrupted by someone knocking on the door.
"Lia told me he was on her way with food."
Sophie got up, walked to open the door, she wasn't planning on ranting about Lando to Isaac but she was really stressed about the situation and Isaac asked so she just got out all she was feeling, and she would have continued if it wasn't for Lia at the door.
