After a few days Shigiraki had made a decision on overhaul's offer. So here I am by his side, we both stand across from the douchebag himself. I keep quiet as shigiraki speaks to overhaul "You had us walking in circles underground for 30 minutes, we aren't ants. Are all Yakuza strongholds like this?" I narrow my eyes as the bastard overhaul talks "We don't know who might be watching us. Or from where, and not all of our guests have the best intentions. So we have a number of routes leading here, an underground reception room where we can be reasonably sure of our privacy." I glance at a small villain named Mimic that speaks "You ever wonder how we survived so long? It's cause of little details like that. Anyways! Down to business. Did you really mean what you said on the phone the other day?" Shigiraki sits down pulling me down next to him on the couch, mimic continues to speak "That you'll join us under the conditions?" I narrow my eyes I didn't like this plan shigiraki came up with but I'll have to go along with it, I listen to him as he speaks he places his foot on the glass table "Don't start celebrating just yet. You guys want to capitalise on our reputation, we want to increase our strength. Our needs happen to coincide for the moment." I nod in agreement with his statement, overhaul tells him off "Put your foot down, the table will get dirty." "No 'please?' you really ought to mind your manners especially around Rina... She and I don't appreciate disrespect." I nod in agreement to his statement and shigiraki continues to speak "Now, we won't be putting ourselves 'Under' you. We'll still be calling our own shots. Got it? Either it's a joint partnership or I walk out the door." "So those are the conditions?" Overhaul questions, shigiraki lifts up a finger "One more thing. That grand plan you mentioned, I want to know the details it's a reasonable request. I need to decide whether it's worth lending you our name. You see..." He reaches his hand into his jacket but then a gun is pointed to his head by kurono I tense up "he just threatened my tomura" I grip onto my skirt as kurono threatens shigiraki "Hands where I can see em, stop acting like you're in charge." And mimic speaks after "Yeah who do you think who you are you little punk?!" I glare kurono I want to end his existence. Shigiraki speaks to him coldly "Who do you think you are? One of your disposable thugs against our Hikiishi. The scales are far from even and let's not forget compress' arm. We expect concessions in return for what we lost." He starts to reach his hand to the gun, "Kurono, mimic, stand down." overhaul orders the both of them following his words quickly, I glare at overhaul as he continues to speak "He came all this way to make his offer. The least we can do is hear the guy out. By all means, continue." "Like I said before your friends got jumpy, I want details. We can start with this..." he pulls out the red bullet like syringe from his jacket I finish his sentence "it's part of plan, right?" I narrow my eyes, shigiraki continues speaking "A strange thing happened to compress after he was shot with this. He couldn't use his quirk for a while. "Say, you ever play shogi?" Overhaul asks placing a piece down on the board "No." Shigiraki bluntly replies and I shake my head, continuing to stay quiet letting the two talk. Shigiraki points at Kurono as he speaks "Take it away. I don't even know the rules." Overhaul leans back into the couch "Have an open mind." Shigiraki looks back at overhaul and lowers his hand listening to overhaul "View this is a learning experience. It'll help you understand the bigger picture." "Huh?" "Shogi's an interesting game because you can use your pieces you steal from your opponent." He pick up a shogi piece as he continues to talk "I want Kurogiri or Toga or even Rina and maybe Bubaigawara. I don't feel at ease when they're doing your bidding." I glare at him as he mentions my name, shigiraki scratches his neck I grab his hand stopping his actions he grunts but doesn't say anything to me, he keeps his attention on overhaul and speaks "Those are useful players... You can't have Rina she's mine." I blush slightly and keep listening to him as he continues to speak "you want to clip our wings. But those three are the cornerstones of my group and Rina's mine! You can't have them all and I don't think Rina would want to go with you..." I nod in agreement I wouldn't go willingly I'd only go if it was an order but I don't think shigiraki will make me go, Overhaul speaks lowering his hand that holds the piece "Then how will we build trust? Right now there's have ill will between us. Still, I told you everything about my plan. You have to offer something valuable in return. And your members are important to you, aren't they?" I narrow my eyes he had a point our members were important. Shigiraki sighs and looks at me "Rina... You're going to go with Toga later.. and twice will join too...any objections?" I look up at him in surprise I didn't think he'd actually want me to go I sigh and shake my head "Of course not Tomura, I'll go..." I mutter "I hope he knows what he's doing"
