Ingredients:
- 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 12 marshmallows
- 12 pieces of chocolate (approximately the size of a marshmallow)
- Oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for dustingInstructions:
1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking powder, and salt in a shallow bowl.
2. In another bowl, whisk together beaten eggs and milk.
3. Skewer a marshmallow and a piece of chocolate together with a toothpick.
4. Dip the marshmallow and chocolate into the egg mixture, then roll in the graham cracker mixture until well coated.
5. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
6. Fry the coated marshmallows and chocolate, a few at a time, until golden brown, for about 2-3 minutes.
7. Remove the fried bombs with a slotted spoon and let them drain on paper towels.
8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
