Ingredients:
-Apple Jell-O (1 packet)
-Hot water (1 cup (240 ml))
-Apple cider (1/2 cup (120 ml))
-Butterscotch schnapps (1/4 cup (60 ml)
-Whipped cream (for topping)Instructions:
Dissolve Jell-O in hot water, stir in cider and schnapps.
Pour into shot glasses, chill.
Serve with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel.
