Chapter 27

Justin's POV
I was getting ready to walk into my house when I saw a familiar face.

"Elena? What are you doing here?" I asked going up to her and hugging her.

"Funny story, I saw my mother and the dumb bitch dropped my sister's necklace." She said laughing.

"Why'd you go see your mom lol?" I asked going inside.

"I didn't lol, I went to go see Sophia." She said kind of frowning.

"What aren't you tell me?" I said sitting down next to her.

"It's nothing, I'm just really glad I got the necklace back." She said smiling.

"Well how about I take you out to go get some.. Ice cream?" I asked her.

"Omg yes!" She said getting up.

"Not it!" She said running out the door.

"Not it?" I whispered to myself until I saw her by my car.

"Guess I'm driving lol." I said laughing.

Once we got to the shop I realized I didn't bring a disguise.

"You don't happen to have umm, a disguise with you?" I asked.

"Yeah sure, here you go, these boobs are fake, and my ass well you can have it." She said laughing.

Then she handed me a pair of sunglasses.

She was being really sarcastic and stuff and I just felt like she was hiding something.

We got our ice cream and then we walked to a near park. We sat down on the swings eating our Cold Stone.

"Elena what's really up? Why do you have a car? & why'd you come see me?" I asked.

"Gosh, I didn't know I couldn't visit my best friend." She said laughing.

"It's not like that, you're just happy..too happy." I said.

"Oh my gosh I'll tell you. I got in a fight with my mother and she kept saying I killed the one person she loved and I'm a murder etc etc." she said really fast.

I was just silent. I honestly didn't know how she felt, but I could imagine what it felt like.

"Justin, talk to me. I wasn't okay earlier, but I am now, and wann know why? Cause I'm with you..everything feels right when I'm around you." She said.

I smiled at her and motioned her for us to get back to the car.

"You never explained the car?" I asked.

"Early birthday present..oh shit." She said.

"Your birthday is coming up & why'd you say oh shit?" I asked laughing.

"I didn't want you to know my birthday lol." She said.

"Why not?" I asked at the stop light.

"Cause I don't want a present bimbo." She said turning on the radio.

Then As Long As You Love Me played on the radio.

The rest of the car ride back to my place we didn't say anything. We just sang to each other the song almost as if we meant everything we said.

As long as she loved me, we really could be broke. Elena is my princess and I'll make sure of that.
