Birthday Party

Ruins POV

In the morning I pulled out my phone and plugged it in so I could call moon later, Eclipse was still snuggled up on my waist. He slept like that all night. I'm so glad we both have feelings for each other... it's kinda weird how we both have always loved each other even when enemies.

After another hour of just playing with Eclipse's rays he woke up, he looked at me with his pretty eyes and nuzzled into me.

"Mmmmmgh, what time?" I chuckled a bit.

"What time?" He glared at me. I looked at my phone, it was 9:51.(The time I was writing this).

"Almost ten... why?" I tilted my head, he just pulled himself up onto my chest.

"I have some stuff I need to do, and I need to tend to my flowers..." I adored the way he sounded all groggy like, and vulnerable.

"Okay then- I'm gonna call Moon soon, I'll probably be in here if not then out in the hallways." He nodded and then teleported away, I was left alone... My phone started to ring.

"Hello?" I said, Moon answered

"Hey Ruin, are you ok? Did Eclipse find out at all? Are you hurt, did he hurt you because I swear if he did-"

"NO NO! Goodness no! Everything is fine, everything worked out very well actually" I said, my mind racing back to what happened when I kissed him.

"Yea?" I froze- what do I tell him? CHANGE THE SUBJECT!

"Yea- So anyway! Uuuh What is Solar gonna do for his Birthday this year?"

"Oh ya! He's having a birthday party this weekend, by the way he says he misses you a lot."

"Awww well I miss him too, same with you Moon" I felt happy that I knew I was wanted and loved.

"So I'm assuming you won't be able to come?" I thought to myself for a minute before answering, I didn't know. Moon and I continued to talk for another hour while I walked around the empty castle halls, I found a comfy bench and sat there for a while.

After a while Eclipse came to sit with me, and I got to speak to Solar as well on face time. (hiding Eclipse as well) Solar asked the same question Moon asked earlier and I thought that now would be a good time to ask Eclipse, who was curled up on my lap hidden from camera view.

"So? Would you be able to sneak out and come home?" I chuckled.

"As much as that sounds fun I cant... but I can ask Eclipse though- just give me a minute" I muted and turned off my camera, Eclipse was staring up at my face while lying in such an odd position.

"So? Can we?" He looked confused

"Huh?"

"Go to Solars birthday party?" He looked even more confused.

"We?" I nodded and smiled.

"I think it would be a great opportunity for the others to accept you!"

"No..."

"Oh come on! Please?!" I begged, he looked away.

"Please Clipsy?" I could tell he was embarrassed to be called, "Clipsy".

"Ugh... fine but if anything happens that's violent then I'm taking us back here. Understood?" I nodded a lot, and then went back to my conversation with Solar and Moon.

It was the weekend and both Eclipse and I were getting ready to go.

"Should I bring him a gift?" I turned to see him looking extremely upset.
